Terrible! The drink on the right was ordered with no ice. She told me they don't fill it to the top but I didn't think they were going to be so cheap on almost half filled cup. We did not drink the first one yet. The other was made with ice and my daughter almost finished it. I kept driving by this space ship of a coffee place and I had no idea what was happening. It's a cute lil space ship. Drive thru only. So there's no inside coffee service. My friend and I drove up with hesitation, but then we encountered Jerry who was so helpful. The menu is a bit daunting for first timers, but Jerry helped us navigate it expertly. This location is always SO slow. If you choose to go, don't go in the right lane as it is always at a snail pace while you watch the left lane zoom by! Friendly staff and the prices are very reasonable compared to other coffee shops. I tried the Seven Fizz, which is similar to an Italian soda. It was really good and I will be back. They are open 5:30 am to 11:00 pm, so the hours are better than most coffee shops. read more

I went to 7-brew today expecting a quick drink for my road trip a cute and classic spot. Prior to the drive I was upbeat and ready to conquer the day. However, the service I received at this location, single handedly ruined my entire mood. The employee KHUSHI, I have to write it in caps, so if the owner sees this they can do something about it is the most disrespectful and worst barista I've ever met. First off service wise she was slow. Second when I finished paying, I looked for a tip option and nothing popped up, and then she would go on and harass me for a tip. After I exclaimed there was no option available on the screen. Following that she gave us extreme attitude. I did not even want to drink my drink after that service. They always seem to get my order wrong at this location, and the service is always lousy, rude and unwelcoming. Some of the staff aren't very kind, last few times I gotten my order taken and this brunette bigger lady was literally talking so loudly almost yelling while taking my order. It came off as very rude and messed with my day. I don't get it bc there whole message is to "cultivate kindness" but the staff aren't good models of that. Will no longer be coming to this spot, I've stopped coming to this location bc of that, and prefer the east street location more. Hope this helps anyone. read more
