Some of the staff aren't very kind, last few times I gotten my order taken and this brunette bigger lady was literally talking so loudly almost yelling while taking my order. It came off as very rude and messed with my day. I don't get it bc there whole message is to "cultivate kindness" but the staff aren't good models of that. I went to 7-brew today expecting a quick drink for my road trip a cute and classic spot. Prior to the drive I was upbeat and ready to conquer the day. However, the service I received at this location, single handedly ruined my entire mood. The employee KHUSHI, I have to write it in caps, so if the owner sees this they can do something about it is the most disrespectful and worst barista I've ever met. First off service wise she was slow. Second when I finished paying, I looked for a tip option and nothing popped up, and then she would go on and harass me for a tip. After I exclaimed there was no option available on the screen. Following that she gave us extreme attitude. I did not even want to drink my drink after that service.
