We had an AMAZiNG time at Flying Heart during our one day visit to Natchitoches! After exploring…read moretown we wanted a beer and went to Yelp (as we always do) for direction to the best breweries in town. Flying Heart was #1 so we chose it. It did not disappoint! Our server, Vivian, was so personable and knowledgeable. We could tell instantly that she loves what she does! A storm was coming in so we decided to just stay and enjoy ourselves. Over the course of a couple of hours we enjoyed the Firehouse Blonde, fantastic pretzel bites and then fell in love with the Day Wrecker Pilsner We left that afternoon with a growler of Day Wrecker, a t-shirt and a resolve to tell anybody who visits Natchitoches to make sure they visit Flying Heart and ask for Vivian - she's a 10 out of five!
