The driver side door was still dirty and 7 Car Wash charged extra $10 to clean the remaining dirt in the drive side door. Interior shampoo wash is around $140 for SUV and other car wash businesses in Ashburn charge cheaper (around $80). More than most likely will not give my business again to 7 Car Wash. read more

Been here several times and never have a great experience. The staff, although friendly, spends more time talking then cleaning the vehicles. I waited an excessive amount of time today while 4 women talked and wiped down a windshield. Meanwhile, 6 cars are piled up behind them waiting to get cleaned. The management appears to be non-existent and there is never anyone tending to the register/check out counter. Very sloppy and poorly run business. read more

So there was definitely some work needing to be done and they did a great job. Took about 20 minutes and I was very pleased with the job received. I finally got around to washing my car after all the snow and salt from the roads. I didn't recognize my car afterwards (I left it there to go grocery shopping). It was so shiny, the carpets were thoroughly vacuumed and all the mats were washed. I was so pleased with option #3! With the cost of services in NoVA, you would think customer service would be at the forefront of businesses. 7 Car Wash definitely misses the mark. They broke my side mirror and I had to fix it myself because they failed to. Internal vacuuming was very poor quality because I had to vacuum my own car after I got home. I paid eight dollars extra to have my seats cleaned a little bit better and they still did not do a good job at that. The worst part of it all - my window was banged on asking me to leave the parking lot as soon as the ladies were done with their part. I have given this place several tries over and over again and I am completely done with them. this place is a great car wash when they open on time. it's the best car wash in the area . My gripe is that they advertise in one area online that they open at 8 a.m., then another like yelp, 8:30. They were not open at 8:30 or 8:40 as I waited and no one answered the phone. Management: you should advertise your actual hours when you were open or if they are accurate, you should open on time so that people don't waste the trip. Doesn't look like much on the outside, but they offer quick, friendly service and they do a thorough job. They get inside and out of your car. The sign says it is "brushless" but there are a few brushes inside the wash- however they seem to be light touch and my car was sparking when I left! read more

Very shady. I pull up in the middle of the day on a Tuesday, open sign is lit up, I notice it says to pull around back there is a pane for "car wash" so I follow it to a drop off area. There's a parking cone so I pull up to it and turn off my car and walk inside to drop my keys. A guy opens the door to let me in and he is grinning at me and looking at me weird. He gestures for me to go to the front counter and as I approach there's 5 people standing in the lobby. When I walk of the receptionist start sort of chuckling and it was like she was laughing at me. It was very strange! I say "hello I am here for detailing" and she looks at me and says "we put the cone on because were closed". So I just said okay and went back out and got in my car and left. It was as if they found it very strange for me to come in and ask for service in the middle of a business day when their hours say they're open. What a super awkward band of weirdos! I was very underwhelmed with the car wash I received here last week. The interior side of my Windows was still quite dirty, along with the floorboards, cup holders, etc. big black grease smear along the backside of my car (presumably from them using a dirty rag), etc etc I think it's due to a mixture of being so spoiled by the top tier washes I get at The Station in Leesburg (which is approximately the same price for 3X better service) and either 7's under-performance or under-staffing. I'm assuming they were missing some employees b/c the managers were outside cleaning, but that still doesn't excuse a very shoddy car clean job. Only one older gentleman was drying/cleaning the interior of my car after the wash (again, in contrast, a half dozen people would be working on my car at the Station). Our car was covered in sand and dirt from sod and plants after redoing our yard. Like - COVERED. We went to the car wash and they were super quick and did an incredible job- our car looked new. We also went during COVID and everyone wore a mask, we got to wait outside in the sun and were able to stay well away from other people. read more
