He just tells me "let's just take care of this return first and then we'll see". so he processes my return and says "alright, you're all set", without any intention of following up on the question I had asked earlier. I asked again, "so do you have any other sweaters, with a different type of wool, and he says, "well there's some sweaters on the counter behind you. You can take a look ", without any intention of helping. so, I have to literally ask "what kind of material are those sweaters made of?" now he doesn't know either so he looks up the item on his computer and he tells me that they are indeed a different type of wool. It should not have taken this much effort for my question to be answered. Could he be any less interested in making a sale? At this point he gets a call with a customer, presumably, and stays on this call for 5 minutes. I continue to browse and find a sweater that I quite like and bring it up to the counter to ask him to look up the price and material for me. But he never gets off the call, which isn't entirely his fault. But he could have multitasked and or put the call on hold to help the customer that is actually there in person. But he really just did not seem interested in engaging with me. Where's that stellar bonobos customer service I keep reading about? Not present at the Santana row store on Monday 12/22 at 6pm. Ting was the first person I was able to reach over the telephone. She had stellar reviews and the rates she quoted me seemed more than reasonable. We had made arrangements in mid-March to begin the process but unfortunately the shelter in place orders due to COVID-19 put a stop to those plans. Once restrictions began loosening up in the fall Ting contacted me to proceed with the initial plan. In our first meeting I told her specifically that I was looking for a stylish, versatile, minimalist wardrobe. As she looked through my closet, I explained that my preference would be to get rid of everything and do a complete revamp. We discussed what my wardrobe should look like based on my age, size, and fashion goals. The first day of shopping, Ting arranged to be at the store a half hour before I arrived. Once I showed up there was a dressing room reserved for me with shirts, sweaters, jackets, pants, and shoes all picked out already. When I saw that my gut feeling told me that I had made the right decision to hire her. A task that would have likely taken me all weekend was condensed down to three hours. Overall, the services she provided were as follows: an initial consultation at my residence, three hours of shopping in person, searching for online products for remaining items, and one final consultation at my residence. She helped me with absolutely everything, from shirts and pants to socks and belts. Besides the utility of the new wardrobe, I've found the experience to have a rejuvenating effect on my psyche. There aren't many trusted rabbit sitters in the area considering the area has far more dog and cat…read moreowners (I get it as we also have a dog and cat ourselves!) Our rabbit is very important to us so I set out to find the best possible pet sitter in the area for peace of mind, that was when I stumbled upon Furry Friends Pet sitting. We boarded our beloved senior rabbit (who is a very sassy bun) for 11 days as we had to leave for an overseas trip. Barbara is very great at communication from the first contact all throughout the duration of rabbit boarding. Questions are specific as in which veggies are most preferred, hay preference, vaccine and vet information. They also provided an enclosure with toys and hidey spots so all we had to do was drop our bun off in a carrier. She would send daily videos and photos along with detailed updates (like how she would lounge all day and snack on her hay and list the veggies she was fed). Barbara shows a lot of experience as she has a variety of veggies as well as regularly cleaning out the water bowl and tidying the enclosure. She would also spend time petting and changing up the toys and tunnels as well. Receiving texts on our bun was something I looked forward to during our trip as I would see how relaxed and comfortable she was!
