The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

Also the wheels had been swapped and weren't even the factory recommended size for the car. We found that out after the fact. My car was a manufacturer buy back. Even so the offer was low seeing that it was a pristine, low mileage ATS premium. I figured you would be less since it was a trade but not that much less than we buy any car paying me cash. We waited hours to get all the paperwork wrapped up since it was a very busy Saturday and ended up being there after close. No manager to be found which is why I immediately called and emailed. Didn't think I would be ignored. I no longer have the vehicle but do appreciate you leaving your contact info here tho I didn't see it until now. You had all of my info and could have responded to me after all the messages and emails I sent but it is what it is now. Learning experience on my part.

I brought my car here last month because I had a nail in my tire. I waited 40 minutes for my car to…read morebe done. The next morning my tire pressure light came on again. There was a nail in my same tire. I brought it back that day and they said I must have gotten a nail in the same tire. They had plugged it again and I went home. That night I was confused still so I took my tire off the car and checked. There was only ONE plug in the tire so they didn't plug it the first time and tried acting like I just had bad luck. Yesterday I started my car and had white smoke was coming out of my exhaust for a few seconds after starting then it went away but my car was overheating so I drove it and pumped the heat to air out my motor and drove slowly to keep my RPM's down. I got my oil and coolant changed last night. My coolant was low also. They said it could be my head gasket. So this morning I started my car there was no smoke my car wasn't overheating and it was driving normal again even with the AC pumping. I brought it there because it was by where I had to go. I explained everything to them. They called me 4 hours later saying it was done and it was only $100 everything was taken care of. I went there paid and asked what it was the owner said you needed an oil change.... I said I got one last night the sticker is on my window. He said oh they overfilled your oil so we emptied it fully out and put new oil in. I said ok that was dumb when you could've drained a little of it and checked the dip stick after. So what about my head gasket he said we didn't check it.... I said why not when that's why I brought it here to be checked. I told you the car was running fine today back to normal I just wanted my head gasket checked. When I asked to speak to the mechanic who worked on my car the owner said he isn't here he stepped out and to come back later. This place is so fucked up. Any time I come here the only respectable guy there is Ronnie I swear. I'm so bummed out that I didn't see him there earlier because I would have went right to him first. If anyone has good mechanic recs for the Oceab county or Monmouth county area please let me know. This place isn't even getting a third strike.

When Yelp decides to let us use more than 5 stars to rate a place, INFORM ME! This place is a…read more10/10! The oil is refined perfectly! You don't get the same water-downed taste that the other chains seem to suffer from. The gasoline has a great flavor that doesn't require any chasers. I've yet to use the gasoline for anything other than soft drinks, sun tan lotion, and baby formula. But the more times I go, the more adventurous I feel.
