7-Elevens are to the DMV area like Sheetz are to Pittsburgh, except they are pretty gross. This particular ones, though I am only going on word of mouth from my boss, restroom was atrocious. The previous day we stopped at another 7-Eleven where I did use the restroom and found it to be utterly disgusting. He said this one made the one from the previous day look like it belonged in a five star hotel. I decide to skip the bathroom. I got a coffee. Meh. The clerks were less than friendly. No greeting or thank you, just $2.99. I would never eat anything here that an employee had to touch, which makes me question my decision on coffee. Thankfully I lived.

Disgusting.... toilet paper on the FLOOR!

By far the most DISGUSTING bathroom I've EVER been in!!!! My daughter and I went in and the floor was FILTHY, guess where the toilet paper was? If you guessed the floor, you are correct. So guess who couldnt wipe? Us. The sink was disgusting as was the toilet, and there was literal human poop rubbed on the cabinets. I am in shock and calling the department of health first thing in the morning!

The bathroom is terrible. They had no soap toilet paper and it looks really dirty. The floors even in the store are dirty.

Good service and convenient location for where we were. My boyfriend went inside to get cigarettes and cash back. No complaints on our end.

My wife took our Toyota Sienna there for their standard service safety inspection. When she came…read morehome, she told me the vehicle was acting funny because the doors would malfunction. Being a DIYer for our vehicles I popped the hood and immediately noticed the battery was out of place - the wing nut that secures the hold-down bar / J-hook was missing so the battery slid around freely. For those who know what I'm talking about, in order for this to happen the wing nut / washer has to be deliberately loosened with a socket wrench on to remove - it's not something that comes loose and pops off easily. Not pointing fingers, but I have concerns for sure. 1 - why does the battery hold down bar need to be tampered with? 2 - I torqued that bolt to OEM standards + installed the battery myself a few weeks before and then checked on it personally just to make sure things were good a few days before this safety inspection, so definitely didn't come off on its own. 3 - if this was an honest mistake, again, what are you doing tampering with the battery hold down bar for a safety inspection? Did you think it would disconnect before my wife drove off so you could score extra $$$ on maintenance repairs? While the service and price here are comparable to other gas stations in the area, this place certainly has lost my trust - I will be steering well clear of this place; don't want them under the hood for anything and have told everyone in my DIY crew about it.

I wanted to use their car wash as it is now open consistently. So I found out about the Shell app. I downloaded it. Entered a virtual card into the wallet of that app that had a spending limit on it. My car never holds more than $40 even when close to empty even with today's high gas prices. So I set up the payment in the app for $60 as the maximum purchase (again I wanted to get the $13 car wash I think it is). It said there was a problem. I lowered the max purchase in the Shell app to $40. Again it said there was a problem. So I just left as I had enough gas to get back home even though it was below a quarter of a tank and who knows what accident and road construction would have be sitting for 30 minutes or longer. I received texts saying that Shell pinged my purchased limit card for $100 each of the two times I tried the Shell app at the station which would require me to increase the max purchase for that card to use it virtually. So why ask for your max purchase if you are going to preauth for $100? Why not just say we are going to preauth for $100 no matter what? Someone at Shell needs to go to mgmt school. Too many mgmt issues over the last year

I would suspect this happens after most concerts, so it baffled me to discover that the store was in disarray as the floors were being clean. Yes, it was after midnight, but if you know a bunch of people are gonna show up soon, maybe wait until after the rush to break out the zamboni? I felt like I was being chased around the store. Also, A man with several mops was blocking the way to the bathroom and told a coworker to "look out! Rookie driver!" Excuse me sir, but I have been driving my wheelchair far longer than you'd like to understand. I am far from a rookie, and I didn't come close to crashing into anything or anyone. How about you move the hell out of the way? Neither of these wise gentlemen could bother to hold open the bathroom door, as they were too busy having a chuckle. Jeremy had to basically climb over me and these men, with their equipment, to get the door. Then there was someone in the accessible stall, making phone calls. I know this because the phone was on speaker, and the call was being forwarded. Look, I understand that people prefer the larger stall, but I shouldn't have to flash my ass at strangers cuz you've got calls to make. Have some consideration. After all that, we didn't buy anything cuz all we wanted to do was get away from this demented store and these late night people.

The two older 7-Elevens were really old - they were in Gainesville as long as I can remember - 20 years or more. So in comparison - this is a nice new facility - gas station, restrooms, ATM, convenience store, and more. I'm betting this location does a hell of a business on days/evenings that concerts are taking place at Nissan Pavilion - it's very close to that concert venue. Had a nice large Cola Slurpee here the other day. Icy and delicious!

Walking in, we liked the vibe. The place is tight on space and it gets very busy and crowded on weekends. This coffeehouse has potential, but they're not showing their best right now. Bait and switch: Based on their menu, we did not at all receive what we were anticipating. It sounded so delicious on the menu. However, what we got was not what was posted and not one of the staff told us that they were out of what we ordered. Not at the time of ordering, not while we waited forever to get our food, not when the food finally came out. Some food was brought to us, some sat out on the counter forever (because the buzzers don't work) where other customers picked up their orders. Who knows how much spit ended up on the food! We kept munching and kept thinking something is missing. We looked under the bread and didn't see what was stated on the menu so we finally asked and were told they were out of what we ordered. Absolutely unacceptable but useless at this point after waiting 20+ minutes for sandwiches and beverages and being faced by someone extremely unapologetic and unmotivated to correct the situation. So, prices definitely not worth what you get here. Hit or miss in terms of food and beverages for both quality and taste. Disappointing that the coffee was so sour and bitter tasting. Hoping for a nice smooth cup. Everything we ordered and customer service received here...unreliable at best. Worth the drive? Nope. If in the immediate area and needing caffeine, maybe, but definitely not worth going out of your way. Parking tight on the weekends. Was so hoping to love this place because we need more independent warm, cozy, welcoming coffeehouses. But service, food, coffee at this point were all very disappointing. Big improvements in all areas? Well, maybe we'll return and try again, but the poor first impression received on this visit will be hard to motivate a return in order to improve this rating and review.
