The customer service that they provide sucks and as well, their association skills am I personal opinion it's not best to to recommend people to come there because they do not know how to speak proper English and as well, they will overcharge some people coming through the store. I came in there a lot before there was two new employees and one of them tried to overcharge me for a cup for a dollar trust I'm not Trippin. No big deal but I really have the app and usually I use my benefits of my points and usually the cup will be for free but next thing you know it, they charge me for a cup all of a sudden like, what kind of logical sense is that if y'all pass me the cup only once in a while a lifetime and start over charging and as well for two cousin came in one time start overcharging them for readily a bottle of water highly best not recommended. I would put a zero stars if I could. The workers are always rude regardless and today I bought two muscle milks pro, I drink them often the texture is smooth and liquid. I checked the expiration date as always and when I opened both they were thick and chunky. I even took a sip and it tasted odd. One of the better 711 stores I have visited and this Jamaica queens spot gets high marks for being well stocked with stuff, clean , friendly counter workers and no bums hanging out front asking for spare change . Was in the area and before heading back to Westchester I grabbed a large gulp , newspapers , non stale donut and a few lottery tickets . Typical 711 stuff and if you like beer they got 2 cans for 5 bucks which I don't care for . If you want a cup of coffee at 8am or a hot dog at 3am or cigs at midnight , this 711 in Queens will make you happy .4. stars on my yelp meter . read more

I am a regular of 711 convenience store in my neighborhood but this location is something special. Location is at one of the F subway train's exit. Perfect for a late snack bite. Just came from watching Broadway play one late night and the first deli place that we saw that's still open that late when we get off F train. We had their jumbo hotdog sandwich for a solid good price and surprised of their "ketchup, mustard, jalapeños , cheese etc stand" all free for the consumer. It made our hungry tummy happy. It was such a delight . I wonder if this condiments stand is standard now to all their store as the store near our place doesn't have that yet. It will now be a favorite stop / go/ get snack place whenever coming to or from the F train at any circumstance. read more

One of the worst 7-11s I've been to!!! COLD coffee! ....... when I was craving for a good HOT cup of coffee!!! COLD buffalo wings! COLD hot dog! COLD sausage! Everything we ordered came out cold. WHY? WHY? WHY? When all of the above should be hot or at least warm aka room temperature. Meh. Totally bad. Not worth the time spent traveling, energy traveling, and money spent. Plus, they do not have any relish.. not even packets. Hello, it is time to restock!!! Like what the freak is going on here? Whoever manages this place needs help, BIG HELP! When they first moved into the neighborhood, I was super excited about having my gourmet coffee so close to work. I soon learned that all 7-11's are not created equally. Bottom line is their coffee sucks. It's always like warm and they run out of New York Bold coffee before 9am. Unheard of. I usually get the 2/$1 bananas, California rolls, apple slices with cheese, or a slice of pizza if I'm in a I don't give a damn about my diet mood. All of these 7/eleven seems to be the same as far as selling things past their expiration dates. They put it on sale and people buy them up not paying attention to the dates. Please read before you buy people. The workers are very nice. Greeted me upon arrival. Expiration date for this item was 06/19/2017 today is 06/22/2017. Three days or not, these items should NOT still be on the shelf. read more

I'm so glad they made one so close to home! It's the one store I kept hoping for in the neighborhood because literally nothing around here is 24 hours besides the corner bodegas. The selection they have is semi typical of usual 7 elevens, except that it's not as good. I usually frequent the ones in bayside and near fresh meadows. They are usually stocked with certain things, that this 7 eleven is not. They do have a great beer selection, I can finally buy some shock tops and redds around here. The cashiers are extra nice which is a good change for the cashiers in the area. I'll definitely be a frequent customer though. read more

Good addition to the neighborhood. My bus passes this location Mon -Sat & I just so happened to need the F train so I got off. I went into 7-11 with a few things in mind. I needed water & a quick bite to eat. I got a Pepperoni Slice & two chicken & Monterey Jack Taquitos. The Taquitos were good but the Pepp. Slice no es bueno!!! The establishment is clean & quiet. I thought I walked into the library lol. They seem to be well stocked based on the quick glance I did around the place. read more

Good for quick shop when you're in the road. You will get everything in a quick stop and you can pick quickly everything for your trip.

Slurpees aren't ready at all and have an unpleasant taste. Running out of products, I'm totally dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. read more

Been to much better and fully stocked seven eleven's with staff that are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also,the food temperatures of the grill food Im sure are beneath whats required to be safe. Its convenient if you live /work in the area and need a snickers or something but thats about it. read more

Day 2 of the new 7-Eleven on Hillside where the mass transit junction of F train intersects with numerous buses. Though they didn't have the pumpkin latte I've been fiending after for months since drinking it out of state (and can't seem to find again), they had one thing sorely missing on this commercial strip: smiles! Yeah, this is a review for just another franchise convenience store, but it's good to know where you can grab a cheap cuppa joe or a hot dog on the run.
