This location is extremely to where I am located. These cookies are the bomb. Plus you get 2 for $1. The best snacks for only $1. You can't beat that. They are made fresh as well. Customer service was and is standard. The bathroom was extremely nasty though. The hot food that was cooking the day I went end was burnt up it needed to be taken off and thrown away. All in all. They have some good deals for the money. When you just want a snack and not for it to break your pockets. I recommend stopping and grabbing some cookies of something from their $1 table. I unfortunately went in to this 7-11 while waiting for my pizza take out from the Round Table for a couple of tall boy beers. I waited 10 minutes in line then finally went to pay for my two beers that I chose from the 5 dollar mix & match section. The Indian cashier Lady tried to charge me almost 8 dollars for them and then I explained these are a 5 dollar mix & match. She looked at me like she didn't know about their 5 dollar mix & match. Then walked over to the fridge in the back of the store and confirmed that that's the section they are from. Now after being the stereotypical cheap ass Indian she decided to ring up the customers on the other register after I waited 10 minutes and she had to confirm her store down promo. I left. We went there in 7-11, a younger guy was by the slurped machine and said the cups were behind the register. I walked over to ask the lady at the register for a cup, she said they were out and closing. She locked the door after I walked out. I drive back by about 2 hours later and people were going in and out of the store. I was going to let it go except I went in there with my kids a few days ago and ran into another situation. There wasn't another person in the store. I grabbed my drinks from the refrigerated area, my kids went back tor slurpees. The younger looking girl that was working walked back to act like she was cleaning the beer refrigerator. My son looked at her and she walked back up to the register. Me and my daughter finished getting our stuff and we walked up to the register. The girl was looking up while she was standing there. I looked up, too so I could see what she was studying hard. She was watching us on the cameras. I will NEVER be back. The customer service at the Maverick down the block is much better! read more

The hot chocolate and coffee selection is alright. But the customer service is terrible. I misplaced the $40 I pulled out the ATM and was looking everywhere except tge ATM. By the time I got back there, it was too late. So I panicked and kept searching my pockets to make sure I could pay for the coffee I had just prepared. I'll admit I made a bit of a mess with the marshmallows, but the fact that the clerk decided to take his frustrations, his bad day, or prejudices out on me... I'm glad that I won't be going to THE MOST CONVENIENT 7-Eleven in the area I just moved to, but sure. But mad and rude at a customer who is looking FOR HIS WAY TO PAY FOR THE MESS HE WAS ABOUT TO CLEAN UP and the coffee/hot cocoa/marshmallow bits, etc. It's a real shame that he thinks the stores cleanliness surpasses the service of a customer, bet this is the worst I've ever been treated at a store. Honestly, I hope it was prejudice against Anglo-Saxon appearing, assigned male at birth being, that couldn't pick a single color for his mohawk. I'm a young punk that is up to no good... But not in my neighborhood. I may not have thrown a rock at a window as I flipped you off, rude clerk guy in this middle ages, but check what steps you take before you do a shift change... If it doesn't include sweeping crushed dried bits of dust and debris that accumulates in that spot between the coffee pour station and add/stir/mix stations... Like I don't know what you are doing with your night. So I'll apologize for my mess, but not my state of mind. If you had money missing too, you'd make sure you had it before you moved from that spot. So take your high horse, up to a tall ridge looking over the beautiful Vegas valley. Look at all the wonder and splendor, then hit that horse so hard on the rear you both jump forward to your... Not timely... It would be a late demise... Thanks for telling me not to "get smart with you" when I used a direct tone, leaving all my belongs and taking off my jacket by the entrance. So you could see, that I wasn't back in the store to do anything other than what I I was about to tell you. I'm sorry if that tone made you felt talked down to or demeaned in anyway. If I could go -5 I would. The Caucasian older heavier set man at the register (night shift) is so damn rude and makes disrespectful remarks. My husband and I went to grab some snacks and cigarettes and cards, when asking for cigarettes he started talking about the cigarettes and then made several more comments. As we were looking through the isles we heard him giving the other customers a hard time as well before us. Every time we go to this 711 it's always something he has to say and it's gotten to the point we do everything we can to avoid coming here and would rather drive further to the next 711 just because my husband always ends up wanting to slap this man by the time we leave. Working profession that travels a lot. Stopped in to make a purchase and use restroom before headed back out of town. They lost the sale (no matter how small or large it may have been) due to not having public restrooms. No signage saying this and outside the norm of other 7-11s throughout the metro. read more

Be very careful, I used my card in side at the register and the next day I was charged $195 at Safeway in Idaho. I tried to let management know and they called me a scammer. I stopped here to use the restroom and to pick up a snack prior to going to work. I walked into the first bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting the toilet was filled with urine and there was fecal matter all over the inside of the toilet and the inside of the seat like it had them and cleaned all day. I tried to go to use the other bathroom and it was locked and the clerk who is wearing a turban I do not remember his name yelled at me for touching the door which I thought was a bit strange. I went back into use the Nasty restroom and there was no soap thankfully I had hand sanitizer in my bag. There was no hand sanitizer in any of the machines and there was no paper towels. I like this 711. They're clean and the service is pretty good. They even explained how beneficial the app is for me and I started using it. Now I have multiple points and a bunch of free items. Plus discounts. It's busy around the times the kids get out of school but other than that it's my favorite 711 so far in Vegas. Luckily I live near so I was able to experience it. read more

I went in this 7-11 today to grab water and the cute kids masks they have there for my kiddos and as I'm checking out a blonde lady that works there crawled underneath me at the register and started fixing pies beneath me. (I mean imagine the register, her kneeling and then me reaching over her trying to check out.) I mean she may as well had been sitting in my lap, I'm thinking what happen to social distance??? I even tried the "excuse me" to see if she'd possibly remember it's COVID... but she didn't say a word. I was super excited when this 7-eleven opened because it's close to my house and easy to get to and from when I'm on my way to work. I usually stop in in the morning before work to get coffee. 7 elevens coffee bars are legendary! However, this location NEVER has coffee made in the morning. I asked the manager and she said they only make coffee when someone asks so as not to waste. What kind of logic is that? I'd understand if I was going there at 3pm, but no coffee at 8 am? Also this isn't Starbucks lol. I'm not waiting for 7 eleven coffee. The morning manager is also kind of rude and leaves me with an uneasy feeling. Went to the 7-Eleven this morning and made a purchase. The screen prompted for me to put my phone number is but the cashier (short, blond lady) canceled the prompt. I asked her why I couldn't put my phone number in and she said: "I don't know!" I said to her, "you just canceled it", she told me "no she didn't" I told her again that I saw her cancel it when she reached underneath and hit the cancel button. She yelled at me that she didn't do that and I shrugged my shoulders and said, well, whatever. She then again, yelled at me while I walked through out the door that she didn't do it. It was so petty, she may not have find my purchase to be enough for their rewards program but that was not for her to decide. And then on top of that she lied in my face when she denied what she did. Like, why would I make something like that up? Horrible customer service. If you don't want to work with customers, find another job. read more
