    Drunks in the lot

Clean 90% of the time, which is good considering the sheer volume of customers. Only had a pricing issue once and it was resolved. The staff are very friendly once you establish a rapport with them. There is a slight language/cultural barrier which makes it unique. My only concern/complaint would be the number of transients, drug addicts that frequent this location. Then there is the daily drug deals and intoxicated men harassing you while the sit and drink in the parking lot every night. They too frequent the store while practically as it is the only place close that sells alcohol while the property manager allows them to continue to loiter. The lot is always dirty, full of trash and people sleeping on the entry easement. Which is more of a property management/owner issue. Multiple calls and complaints to the owner have resolved nothing. 7/11 should really be more upset with how the owner manages their property. This affects their livelihood and the safety of its customers.

Received this mailer in apartment building. So excited to use it, turns out coupon is not valid after 4pm :(

Today was the grand opening of yet another 7-Eleven in the neighborhood. In order to promote to the neighbors they placed mailers/coupons in our apartment building indicating that if we came during opening day (today) we would receive a free pizza and free hotdog. I went over there and picked out other items that I wanted to purchase. When it was time to check out I was informed that by the cashier that the coupon was not valid after 4 PM. I was very disappointed because nowhere on the coupon does it state that. It is not about the free pizza and the free hotdog, it's the fact that they would falsely entice someone to go to a grand opening day solely on lies.

This is a difficult CVS to review as there is a lot of shenanigans from the unhoused just outside…read morethe door. But it's a good CVS, the employees are nice and helpful. This one is good if you're staying in the area or need something in a pinch.

I'm sure they have been through a lot at this location, which I definitely take into consideration, but I don't think that means that low quality customer treatment is now acceptable (across multiple visits). I waited for them to come take a cheap item I needed out of the locked cages (that every item is in now), and when they did, instead of handing me the 5 dollar item, they insisted that they would take it up to the front where it would be waiting for me. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. ALTHOUGH, it is true that you never-ever know what people might be dealing with in their lives... --which is why I gave a 2 star rating instead of 1 star.

I stopped by around 11pm on a Monday night and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They had everything you'd expect, and the location is really convenient. It was right across the street from the DoubleTree by Hilton that I was staying at. So if you're staying in the area or just passing through on foot (it's on a busy corner), it's easy to swing by. It's your typical 7-Eleven experience, nothing mind-blowing but nothing terrible either. It's a good spot for grabbing snacks or drinks if you need something quick, but it didn't offer anything that made it stand out from the hundreds of other 7-Elevens out there. Parking can be a little tight in the area since it's Little Tokyo, but nothing too wild if you don't mind walking a block or so. It was pretty dead when I was out and about walking. There was a few people experiencing homelessness and there was a fight that broke out in the area but again, I didn't feel unsafe. I would suggest getting on a bike or a scooter to be able to ride faster if you are feeling unsure. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stop by if you're in the neighborhood or need something late at night, but don't expect anything beyond your typical 7-Eleven experience.

Not worth eating! I gave it the benefit of the doubt the second time, and the same croissandwich I got was just slightly warm, and the sausage was barely cooked. This 7-Eleven has a serious Quality Control problem, and the corporate will need to intervene. Else, this location will drag the overall reputation of 7-Eleven to the pits! It's like being operated in a third-world country!
