The staff here steals from customers and they conspire to do so together. My mother asked them for change for a $100 Bill and bought two lottery tickets. They gave her $5 in change and then argued that they never received $100 from her. Luckily she had two witnesses with her. After her witness began to call local law enforcement, the store clerks then opened the cash drawer and miraculously found the $100 bill she had just given them and gave her the appropriate change. I cringe when I consider how this situation could've turned out had she not had witnesses. I discourage anyone from patronizing this location. read more

I thought this was a 24 hour store. The guy working night shift closes early. I understand the sketchy area at the late night hour but they accepted my uber eats order and tried to deny my driver saying to cancel. This is not the first time that they closed their doors early. This is the second attempt I try to post something, I don't know who is erasing or taking down my post, but that bald older man who works in the evening and has dirty fingernails was extremely rude. He was very pushy to an elderly woman and was disrespectful to me as a customer is keypad where we punch in our 7-11 number was filthy and sticky. When I asked him how often does he wipe the equipment up he stated NEVER ! (WOW! ) ...as an infection control nurse I take this very seriously he says he never cleans it and told me to get the F out of his 7-Eleven. I am a professional. I was a loyal customer until I got yelled at by the bald cashier, the old one with the glasses. It seems like a few yelpers have complained about how rude he is. Rude cashier, cheats on pricing. They advertise 3 items that are normally 1.49 or less for $3, mix and match, clearly advertised on the window for the hot items. If you ask for the small hotdogs that are 1.49, the cashier will only allow you to get one and he forces you to get other stuff. Misleading marketing. I've been to other 7-Elevens and this is the only one that does this. Hope you get shut down for false advertising and cheating customers with rude service!!! Even the hotdogs don't look cooked that well, like some of those questionable gas stations. Much better places around the area to go eat that do not use bait and switch tactics. went in for some slurpees on the 15th and was charged a slurpee that should have been free per the huge bogo banner out front. I was not given a receipt and the employee was EXTREMELY rude about my inquiry of the charge. he stated that he knew what the banner said and it said it was only for slurpees of the same size. when I asked him to step outside to verify, he refused. the banner stated "of equal or lesser value." I argued with him for a few minutes before he finally refunded the slurpee that should have been free then proceeded to tell me to "get the hell out." no customer should ever be treated this way. in case anyone from the store or corporate reads this, I did not get the employees name. he was working the night of September 15th around 8:30. he stated he was the franchise owner, but I highly doubt that. no store owner would dare treat a customer in this fashion. read more

I usually don't give bad reviews since I usually don't care for much besides my product, but I had to add my review here. Never have I been so displeased with a product as I was here. I bought some $10 earphones from this place. I understand they are not the best quality things, but after using them for just ONE day they stopped working. I bought similar headphones from other places and those lasted me 4-6 months. Besides that, as I wanted to get my headphones the cashier made me wait for like 8 minutes because he was mopping.
