The ONLY reason that I would go to this store was to buy Fairlife Core Power and Muscle Milk -- they would have them on sale 2/$7 and 2/$7.50 respectively. I would come every day after the gym and buy some. I recently went in a bought two Muscle Milks, and the price was $9.98, even though the sign said 2/$7. When I told the clerk of this, the manager proceeded to take the sign down and claim that it was for a *different* type of Muscle Milk -- a type of Muscle Milk that me -- an everyday shopper in that section of the store -- had never seen sold at said store. He proceeded to tell me and I quote "I manage the store, I know what supposed to be there!" with extreme arrogance. I told him that I would be going to another Spinx and buying the Muscle Milk for 2/$7, and he challenged me to do so. This picture is for the manager But to conclude, there isn't really a reason to go to Spinx on Pine St -- not when the gas is high, and the manager will lie about their prices.

It could be worse; there could be no QT. In general, I'm a fan of QT because this company has raised the standard for gas stations and convenience stores in Georgia and South Carolina. They've recently crept into North Carolina too, but North Carolina already had Sheetz. QTs are spacious and clean with competitive gas prices and made-to-order food and drink thanks to the in-house "QT Kitchens" brand. This store is in line with the others. We stopped here to get gas on our way from Atlanta to North Carolina. The gas prices were super cheap, one of the best things about South Carolina. The gas station has 20 pumps. I used pump #3. It was in good condition, but it was out of receipt paper. We went inside the store to use the restrooms (not spotless, but clean enough) and my fiancee purchased a hot dog for $1.59 plus tax. Like other convenience stores, QT has roller grills with warm hot dogs, taquitos, and more. My fiancee dressed the hot dog with ketchup, mustard, diced white onion, and relish. It was yummy. The store was well-stocked and looked to be in good order. There were lots of employees on-duty too. I'd return and probably will.

Cold beer, cigarettes and cigars, ice, canned goods; etc. and the prices seem fair! But once again; when I shop I insist on handling my prospective purchases!
