They've been doing a lot of construction in the area and now half of the entrance is blocked off, so if you go there you have to jump through hoops to get out by going the wrong way and then turning around and then getting stuck at a light and then you are back on track. I was explicitly told I must make an appointment, so I did--scheduled for March 2nd at 11:00am. When I arrived and checked in, there was one appointment ahead of me and five walk-ins. By 11:30, staff began taking additional walk-ins instead of honoring scheduled appointments. When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning.

The people that work there seem to enjoy their jobs and most are very friendly to all of the customers. The building is always clean. There is free air for your tires. They have specials within their restaurant. Their Rewards program is very generous. And I love this time of the year because they bring back their Gobbler sandwich. Mmmmm! Turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce in a 12 inch roll, heated up and then wrapped tightly. It is so delicious! Wish they carried it year-round. I have never had a bad experience or even a so-so one here. I would recommend this place highly and you should visit it.
