Super bummed about my experience today. Went in and handed the cashier $8, and waited for a receipt, but he never gave me one, so I (mistakingly) headed out to the pump. The pump stopped at $5 and I was left very confused since I was 100% certain about how much I gave him. I went back inside to see if there was a misunderstanding, but he immediately interrupted me and denied it. He mysteriously didn't have any documentation of the transaction either. Super shady. Shame on me for not asking for a receipt, but shame on him for lying. Will never return here again. read more

This 7-11 location never has flavored coffee ( hazelnut, vanilla ect ) ready to go. The manager clearly doesn't care. I travel for work and every 7-11 I go to outside of this store always have multiple flavors of coffee available. The times i've asked them to brew some coffee is met with resistance and attitude. read more

This one is more like a mini mart with convenient items and friendly cashiers even at 1:40am beware of the beggars hanging out around the parking front, if you are like me and you have different ways to donating for those that have less. My team held a carwash fundraiser at this 7/11location, the store very clean, it also has a gas station attached. The owner Veer Sing was not only very supportive, but he was kind to us, and made us feel very welcomed, at one point he even came out with two whole pizzas for us..he even showed us the best location to stand with our signs! Yes, I would recommend if you're in need of a location for your fundraiser and a good experience, have a conversation with Veer, he made it happen for us! read more

Offering me endless coffee flavor combinations, all for $1.49! Very clean place. I always come here for 1/4 hot dog or nachos. NACHOS: It's best to use the container to put your lovely chili cheese and jalapenos (and other condiments) instead of covering your chips with it. I find it less messy and delicious :) read more

Even though I only buy coffee and jalapeno taquitos here, I totally dig this 7-Eleven. It's usually very clean and the clerks are really nice (not really creepy). I also live about a stone's throw away, so it truly is a convenience store for me. I'm also a regular customer of the redbox dispenser outside. My only beef is with the carwash that happens every weekend in the side parking lot. I'm not sure what they're raising money for (or if it's a fundraiser at all) but parking can be difficult when all that's going on. read more

Of all of the 7-Elevens in the area, this one is by far, my favorite. :) The employees are SUPER friendly, you can get your gas on, munch on a Big Bite hot dog, complete with topping stand, and with a full belly and gas tank. I have to agree with Tracy N. in that the best way to get your nachos on here is to take the bag of chips out and fill up 'yer boat with all your favorite nacho dippin' fun. Chili, cheese, salsa, jalapenos, onions... yum. :) Plus they've got Tapatio sauce packets if you're into that sort of stuff. The G.I. Joe Search and Rescue team had their first car wash here and the "process" was very easy to do so. We got the small section in the north side of the parking lot (east of the 7-Eleven building) and were able to do up to 4 cars at once and keep another 4 cars on the opposite side to wait for their turn. I loved being able to have our own little section for this event. I like that they've got a RedBox outside (located on the west side of the building). Nice little touch in addition to getting your gas and grub on. Best wishes. :) P.S. I think they need to fix the lock on their restroom door. Every time I visit this 711, I always have minor issues. Tonights experience was the last straw, as I will never go this 711 again, even though it is right next to my home. I went in to grab a few items, at check out I saw the price was less than the amount I purchased, about $4 uncharged. I told the guy at the register and he talks to his "supervisor" and rings up my purchase again. I ask him why do I need to redo the transaction, shouldn't he just charge the difference? The cashier advises me to continue my transaction and it will be fine. After it goes though, tells me to step aside and wait for someone to give me cash back for the first purchase. Are you kidding me? You recharged my whole freaking purchase over $4, and now I was charged 2 times my original purchase and your going to give me cash? First of all, I paid with my credit card, so why would you give me cash and second if you were a good business - you'd take fault for mistyped price and just let it be. It is $4...and now you've charged me twice the amount for my purchases?? I had already spent 25 minutes in the store and told him to forget about it. I had to go, and he had caused a line of customers. Keep the money crooks, learn how to run a business. read more

Racist! Racist ! Racist...very unorganized and rude customer service. This is crazy. This place needs new management ASAP. Then men there are disgusting , they have no clue what they are doing. I've had problems every single time I come here. The men there can barely speak any English and are constantly talking in another language making it seem like they are talking about you. i Can never get any help. This used to be my favorite 7-Eleven, but it has seriously deteriorated. When in the other night about 7:30 PM looking for a cuppa coffee and a snack. This is probably the worst 711 to go to. The owner Tahi is super ignorant, rude, and his attitude is just like the way how he looks. Was craving for a spicy bite, asked for it. And he gave me the oldest one that has been sitting there for hours. I asked for the fresher ones and he threw a tantrum saying take this or we don't have anymore. When there is 3 sausages sitting in the window. I was like confused! Was it something i said or is he trying to sell me something gross. Ewwwww. I love 7-Eleven and their rewards system. The problem with this place is that they refuse to honor it. For one, each time I make a purchase, an employee will immediately tap out of the screen that allows me to enter my number for rewards points. I tried to redeem my points for a pizza and the employees acted clueless like they didn't know what I was doing and charged me full price. They will all put up a big fight to refuse to let you have any freebie whatsoever. They don't even like to let you get the deals posted on the LED screens. The manager staysin the back the majority of the time and doesn't do anything about it either. Everyone has a poor attitude and gives poor service. They don't wear masks. This place is so close to home and I really like a lot of other locations except this one. I would rather pay more else just to have better customer service. read more

Strictly based on my watery diet coke...I know it's a fountain drink and all, but I didn't expect it to taste like water. I still love 7-eleven though because they're open 24/7 and have killer hot dogs, slushies, etc. Even their iced coffee is still $1 on promotion..not sure when that will end, but you can't beat that price! It's another one of those places that I stop in on the way to work and very convenient. I get lotto tickets here when I remember to buy them. Hey ya gotta be in it to win it, right!!! Aside from that it's your usual 7-11, chips, drinks, hot/cold snack foods. Do NOT shop here. They tried to ring me up twice for one item and tell me that that was the price. Such a scam. And instead of admitting the mistake, let me not purchase the item that they were trying to double charge me for, but it showed up on the receipt as two items rung in and two items voided. If you do shop here, pay attention to the total before you pay. Or better yet, just go somewhere else. read more

Bait and switch! I paid in cash for regular unleaded at pump #9. The lady at the register forgets that I paid in person for the $2.659 per gallon and yet on the receipt I get a price of $3.05 per gallon, even when I hit the leftmost button on the pump panel....The manager wouldn't even pay me the difference of the gas I paid for and refused to accomodate my request. I will report them to the consumer advisory board. Hopefully they will get investigated because I don't think I'm the only one. Check your receipts and LCD display while pumping everyone. read more

I would give them a zero but Yelp doesn't allow me to do that. The customer service here is horrible. A lady left her phone at the counter in the 711 and when she came back it was gone. The worker at the 711 in her late 20's or early 30's started yell at lady who left her phone. I was trying to mind my own business but the lady (who left her phone) asked me if I can call the police for her and I did. I went to the counter to pay for my item and the worker started to yell at me too. I told her I don't know the lady and that I just helped her by calling the police. The worker was really cocky stating that the owner and her are close. Implying that he will not care if she was rude because she has done it before. read more
