7 Mehmet is massively large and there were a ton of people there, particularly business people in suits. We made a reservation and got seated right away. Our food came out relatively quickly and was pretty good. I will note, check your final bill closely because they tried to overcharge us on a dish. Additionally, there was a ton of staff hanging around but it took a while for us to get our final bill. read more

If I was able to give a 0 I would the prices were to high we ordered chicken calamari beef and the total came out to 8500 TL do not come here I repeat do not come here this is terrible for its price go to Hicaz pastanesi Kızılay Ankara instead of this overrated place read more

Nice ambience and good food however the wine selection is very limited. Service in general was very nice. We were confused when we saw the check because the prices were higher than on the printed menu. To Be fair they told us about higher prices for the wine but it seems the food prices also increased by the time we paid. Also worth noting, after dinner we asked for a taxi and got a ride with a shuttle from the restaurant. The driver then asked for triple the regular price (we took a taxi on the way there). It WAS one the best restaurants in Antalya but 7 Mehmet lost its charm because of its bad management, lousy service and unethical practices. They all have an attitude and the service is significantly bad. Checks are ALWAYS wrong as they overcharge you. They claim the menu is wrong, or a simple mistake but mistakes always happen with overcharges. They charge a bottle instead of glass for example, they claim menu is wrong when the prices don't match. Take it or leave it attitude dominates. If you think this is the best restaurant you obviously don't know Antalya. Over priced restaurant with very bad service but more importantly unethical and shady practices!!! I would stay away from this restaurant. read more

Well, it is most definitely well preserved, probably the very best restaurant in Antalya. They always use seasonal and best possible ingredient along with the correct cooking technique makes this place unique. read more

Food was very goood and view very nice. I was confused about the different prices in the menue and on the check though. Even if they let me know in advance something like that gives you a bad feeling, especially when they do not really want you to take the check with you. Something like that should not be an issue in a restaurant like that. read more

Established in 1937.

Mesleğinde titiz bir o kadar da disiplinli kişiliği olan Usta Hacı Hasan'ın bir gün misafir yemeğinde çıkan bir kıl çılgına çevirir. Duruma çok sinirlenen usta, tüm elemanları hizaya çeker ve cezayı keser. Ertesi gün tüm çalışanlar, saçları ustura ile kazınmış halde lokantaya gelir. Bu cezadan nasibini ve dersini alan Mehmet'in saçları kesilince küçük yaşlarda geçirdiği trafik kazasında kalan V harfi ortaya çıkar. Eski Türkçe'de yedi anlamına gelen bu işaret ustanın dikkatini çeker ve ona isminin önünden bir daha silinmeyecek olan 7 Mehmet lakabını takar. Böylece başlar 7 Mehmet serüveni.

Yaşıtlarının kara tahtaya yazı yazmaya çalıştığı yıllarda o, üzerinde mutfak önlüğü, elinde kepçesi ve babası yerine koyduğu ustası Hacı Hasan'la, gelecekte restaurant sektöründe bir marka olacağından habersiz bu hayat okulunda staja başlar. They carefully broke the salt container and removed the fish meat from it onto a plate. It was delicious, to say the least. Really moist, a bit salty and the souces that came with it were great. Pro tip: don't give cats around there a look! They will come down to your table and stare at you pitifully expecting you to give them some bits of your fish.
