I initially requested regular polish but later switched to gel after seeing a sparkly red color that matched a dress I plan to wear to a wedding. When it came time to pay, my total was $80. I was shocked. Nothing about the service I received justified that price. It felt like I was charged for a premium pedicure despite receiving a standard one. After multiple questionable experiences over the years, I no longer feel comfortable giving this business my money. Very disappointed with my gel manicure experience here. Within the first day, there was significant pooling and bubbling, and the color/tone looked uneven. During the manicure, the nail tech was also pulling aggressively on my cuticles -- I yelped in pain multiple times. The photos are from day 3. After a shower, multiple nails were already peeling off, and you can also see cuts around my cuticles from the manicure itself. Now it has only been about 10 days, and 5 out of 10 nails have completely peeled off. Some minor chipping over time would be understandable, but gel polish should not be fully lifting and falling off this quickly. I've had many gel manicures before and have never experienced this level of peeling or damage in such a short time. Given the quality issues and the discomfort during the service, I'm very frustrated with the experience and would appreciate a refund or resolution from the salon. read more

Price point a bit higher than other nail salons, but you get what you pay for! I met my two sisters here and all of us are of a certain age and have different feet. Five stars for Sabrina who did a fantastic job for me and suggested a callous treatment add on, which was very thorough ( $25 upcharge but so worth it. She also helped me find the right color as well. My sister Vanessa was really impressed with how her nail tech dealt with her big toenail, which have a tendency towards ingrown status. The salin is immaculate and very comfortable. The chandeliers, high end leather massage chairs and Madeline and drink offerings are a nice touch. read more

I was unfortunately disappointed in how my nails turned out. I got gel x and they just don't look "fresh" despite the service taking over 1 hour. The edges look sloppy. Note that a full mani prep prior to starting (nail soak, cuticle cleaning, etc.) is not typically included. My natural nails grow long and strong, so I went with a regular gel manicure, and with the holidays coming up, I chose a dark red shade with my manicurist Jenny. She mentioned she'd only been there about a month and a half (if I remember correctly), and she did SUCH a great job. I asked for almond-shaped nails, and since it had been forever since I'd had my nails done, she took amazing care of me and absolutely nailed it (pun intended lol). She also gave me the best extra arm and hand massage at the end, which I really needed and SO appreciated. They do a great job and listen to what I want when I ask for short nails and don't try to convince me otherwise. I appreciate all the different options that you can choose for the pedicure and I've always left satisfied. The staff is efficient, friendly and they offer you green tea or water upon arrival. You get to choose scent that you want for your pedicure from about five different options and you get a package madeleine cookie, which is a really thoughtful touch! The salon is very large and most of the women are "in uniform" or very nicely dressed, up front. The vibe is cool but really manufactured with like, fake plants, statues, faux leather chairs, etc. While the quality of my manicure itself was very good (I mean, my nails still look super nice a week later) I just dont love paying $45 for a service from someone who wasn't friendly (she didn't introduce herself and didn't speak one word to me) with a massage that was about 2 to 3 minutes for both arms and hands, combined. So that's why this is four stars instead of five. I would have loved to have felt like a human during my interaction and for my massage to be more than just a minute or so. This place is consistently wonderful. So professional, calm and has luxury level quality. I have had great pedicures from Ha and Celine. I highly recommend them. It's a rare calm gem of a place without the drama or gossip of some places I've unfortunately encountered in the past. Prices are a little bit higher than I am used to compared to South Bay but I always regret when I gamble and stray to another subpar nail salon on the peninsula to try to save money. Good nail color selection (could use a slight update to the trendier pearl colors but very big selection). Love their massage chairs too. Glad they have an easy option available to tip via Venmo for each employee. They've always accommodated my short notice phone calls to essentially do a walk in.
