Like some other reviewers here, I wish Yelp would offer a "zero star" option. In October of '22, we rented from 702 for the NASCAR races. All went well and were satisfied. As my husband has become increasingly disabled, our son and I decided to purchase a scooter as a Christmas present for him. Because we had done business with 702 just a few months prior, we decided to purchase a Pride scooter from them. Our son went on Dec. 22, paid for the scooter by credit card, picked the scooter up, and brought it home. My husband was thrilled and has put it to good use on a consistent basis. This past weekend, the scooter would only run at about 25% of its normal speed. The battery was fully charged, and the speed function was on 100% but the scooter would only crawl along. Monday morning we called 702, were told to call back in the afternoon, and did so. The person who answered was extremely rude and told us that unless we had personally registered the scooter with the manufacturer (we did not receive any paperwork with the purchase), there was nothing they would do. They further told us that they only keep business records for 4 months before throwing them away. Called Pride with the scooter serial number and they are now in the process of assisting us. read more

I've rented scooters from 702 Scooters(Las Vegas Scooters) since 2009... I was self conscious when I first rented a scooter, however now, I wouldn't think about making a trip to Vegas w/o them... This company has the rudest people working for them. I ordered a scooter rental Thursday morning and within an hour got a confirmation email that my order was paid for and confirmed to be delivered to my hotel at 6pm. Around 6:15 I hadn't heard anything so I called them to make sure the order was still due for delivery and I spoke a guy who said he didn't know if they could deliver the scooters the same day and he'd check with his driver and call back. He didn't ask for any of my contact or order information and hung up. So, I called back and got the same guy and he was making a big deal about fulfilling the order and I mentioned I needed the Heavy Duty scooter and he said "why, are you 500lbs?".. very rude to say to a customer. SO I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money which they did almost immediately. Come Friday I decided to give them another shot, so I called at 9:30am and was told he was too busy to talk and to call back around 1pm. So, I called at the 1:30pm and he told me they weren't sure I'd they could fulfill a same day order but really didn't seem like he wanted to help me. After hanging up on the call I received a text message from the guy I talked to that said "U r not even handicapped ass wipe". (See the attached photo for proof). I decided to call scoot around Las Vegas and spoke with a very professional guy named Joey and he was able to have scooters delivered same day, and with insurance the rental was cheaper than 702. I booked it online and they delivered to us at the designated time charged and ready to use and they picked it back up at the designated time. The scooter was amazing and really allowed my husband who has a bad back and knee to see Las Vegas. We had an excellent experience with the delivery man, he was friendly and chatted with us. Scooter was NOT delivered as promised, phone was NOT answered, phone calls were NOT returned. Luckily the hotel was still able to rent is one of their scooters or my boyfriend would have had no fun at all! I won't waste my time on them again but y'all can always hope for the best. read more

702 Scooters was awesome. I had 3 scooters delivered to Caesars. Met Eric outside and he rolled them off the truck. No problem the entire week I had the Victory 10 Scooters. On the last day, I called eric and told him the scooters were at the bell desk to be picked up. Eric also had given me a few hours more and had the driver pick it up at 7pm. I will always use 702 Scooters and they are true to their word on delivery and pick up. No problems, no hassles. Thanks Emerson & Eric for making our trip awesome again!! The scooter they delivered to my 4 star hotel looked like CRAP. The pocket in the back of the chair was ripped and unusable for storing the charger. The scooter looked beat up, the tires had chunks missing, and there were UGLY stickers plastered on the scooter advertising their business. I was embarrased to be seen on it in the hotel. On the plus side, it did work well enough to get me to where I wanted to go. But, I can't believe their quality control is so bad that they would choose to deliver a crappy looking scooter to such a nice hotel. I discovered I could have rented one right from the hotel. I reserved a scooter online. On the day I was supposed to get the scooter at Flamingo casino we were informed that the casino no longer allows them to drop off there. I called and it was confirmed by the company. I can't understand why they didn't call us to let us know. So we had to make other arrangements. Poor customer service. Beware!!! read more

Emerson the owner is very rude and does not deliver and what he says! I rented a scooter for my dad who has a prothesis and before I booked the scooter I specifically asked Emerson if they could transfer the scooter on the last day to another casino and he said "yes no problem we do it all the time" . I asked was it extra and he said its included, well that was a LIE! On the last day when i asked them to transfer he went back on his word and said it would be extra and that he never said it was included. I reminded him i talked to him about this prior to making the reservation and he flat out denied it! Mind you the transfer was only less then 2 miles away. I even said i would be leaving a review but he said he didn't care! Since he refused, my 70 year old dad ended up having to drive the scooter in 115 degree heat to the other casino (we followed him there to make sure he was ok) but it was a really bad experience overall! Don't go thru them because they do not deliver and what they say and are unreliable! read more

Do NOT use this company. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. They berated me over the phone because the scooter wasn't returned at EXACTLY 24 hours. The man didn't identify himself or leave a message with a return call and when I called back the number, he didn't answer like a business, took me several minutes to realize who he was. The number was NOT the business number, so I had no way of knowing who I was talking to. Then he just yelled at me about paying extra for the overtime. That's fine, and I paid, but the way I was talked to was unacceptable. An extra $37 for the extra time. Seriously, saved my vacation! I broke my foot and was thinking of canceling our trip to Vegas, since I couldn't really walk the strip or get around very well in my walking boot. Someone on a travel site suggested 702 Scooters, when I questioned canceling my trip. I'm so glad I went with these guys, as others were recommended, but these guys were more reasonably priced. For $100 for the week, Sunday to Sunday, this included damage protection and a drop off at one hotel and a pick up at another. The scooter was awesome! Though I'm in my mid/late 30's and was a little embarrassed to need one, it really saved me from a lot of pain and allowed me to really enjoy the trip with my family. My 3 year old would get tired and ride on my lap (I made sure we were still within our weight rating) and it was the 3 wheeled victory, which was so agile and easy to navigate, even with a sleeping babe on my lap. My husband became adapt at collapsing it down to put in the back of our truck, so I never missed out on any activities. We requested a 9am drop off, not really needing it until later in the day, and they arrived closer to 10am, but seriously, we also didn't drop it off until 4/5p, so while we were only charged for a week, we got closer to 8 days. Just make sure you don't request it right up against against another activity and you'll be just fine. I wish these guys had a higher rating, though I can only attribute this generation of their typical clientele are not being big yelpers. read more

Made reservation on line 6 weeks before trip. Put in preferred delivery of 9 am Mon and pick up 6am Thu. Received email confirmation with no notes or changes. Arrived and waited till 9:30am. Called and very rude gentleman told me they didn't open till 10 and call back. So called shortly after 10 same gentleman told me they were loading on truck and would be there soon. Still was rude and unfriendly. Driver called about an hour later to tell us to meet him at Uber drop off. But was another 30-45 mins getting there. Wed. Night rude man called to tell me that they didn't open till 10 and I would either have to have scooter picked up 10 pm that night or wait till 10 an Thur morning. That was at 9 pm! We weren't at the hotel and couldn't get there in an hour. And our flight left at 8 am in the morning. Keep in mind I rented the scooter because I'm disabled and walking more than a few feet is painful and difficult. Bally's agreed to help us and held scooter for the company to pick up. I will never use this company and absolutely do NOT recommend it. Would give zero stars if could read more

Rented a Scooter for my Dad for the Thanksgiving weekend. These guys are great! I paid online, the Scooter was waiting at the Concierge when we arrived, we left it at the Concierge when we checked out. They pick up and deliver (included in the price). No hassle, easy to operate, will use them again in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I reserved a scooter from 702 Scooters a week prior to my visit to Las Vegas in October 2016. I waited where I was told by the hotel staff at the time my scooter was scheduled to be delivered. The scooter never showed up and even after 2 calls leaving voicemails to 702 Scooters inquiring about the delivery, I never received any return call with any explanation. I e-mailed emerson@702scooters.com once I returned home from Las Vegas and requested a refund on the scooter that was paid for in advance and was never received. Once again, I received no response. I therefore, had to go to my credit card company to file a dispute in order to be refunded. I was able to rent a scooter right from the hotel, which ended up being cheaper than 702 Scooters. Therefore, I would recommend checking with your hotel first for scooter rental and would not recommend ever using 702 Scooters. read more

Nice scooter, only problem I had was they dropped it off at front desk and no one called me or answered their phone.

This is the second time renting from this place. First time was excellent but this time my scooter batteries only last 4.5 hours before needing a recharge. So unless you want to sit in the room or find an outlet in the casino you are stranded. The guy I called said maybe I could get a replacement scooter the next day. One day left so I said screw it I will make do. Will look elsewhere next time! read more

Bad overall experience. I would not recommend to anyone. Get a scooter form somewhere else. Owner is a real class act. First off, we call them and ask if they do pickups, and we are told yes and are told where to go. We go down there, and there's a sign, but nothing at the front door and it's locked. So we call, get the owner, who tells us to go around back. We do. Nothing... no person, no sign, just a truck and scattered scooter parts. We call again, and he tells us to knock. We do. Nothing. I then walk to the garage door in the back and pound on it. Some lady answers and finally takes us in. We get in, and I notice there is a bottle of Patron and another liquor bottle just laying around. Real professional. We go over the "contract" and suddenly we're given a price $20 more than what we had booked. Lady then has to call "him," assuming the owner, and confirm that our price was indeed not +$20. She then asks what hotel we'll be leaving the scooter at. We say we aren't saying in any, we're locals and we're getting this for a visiting family member. She then says there's a pick up charge, in that case. We ask why we can't drop it off, and are THEN told that it's because they are closed on Sunday. Awesome... She then calls "him" again and he says the same thing. So we ask what hotel they would like us to leave it at. They keep trying to say there's a pick up charge, but we keep asking "What hotel SHOULD we leave it at?" Finally we agree to leave it at The Orleans on Sunday. No specific time given. Sunday rolls around and we are in transit to take the scooter to The Orleans when we are called and told that the truck to pickup the scooters had already been by, and that we are now to be charged an extra day. So we were not told when to drop off on this Sunday that they are closed on but still have people picking up and dropping off to their slummy warehouse. We argue with him about this. He says we had it over 24 hours. I ask him to tell me when the contract says we picked it up, to which he says "We'll just write that in!" Yeah... Then he hangs up on us.... twice. To long? Didn't read? Summary: Owner is not professional. Warehouse is a slum. People on office drinking on job. Attempted bait and switch. SURPRISE closed on Sunday. No specific drop off time given and pickups on "closed" Sunday. Charged an extra day even though we didn't have it for that day. Owner admitted that we would forge the contract. Owner hung up on his paying customers. Rent somewhere else. read more
