She caught an attitude when I was texting her because we arranged a time and she was very late and I was texting her to figure out when she would be showing us the house. Secondly in the winter time we were without hot water for over a week. I have three small children in the home. When I called I was told by the lady "she had to deal with this at times as well" Lastly we were without our AC unit for well over a month- nearly two. We had FOUR different companies come out by the request of the owner which the rental company allowed. One just showing up! No appointment confirmed on our behalf. Took 85% of our deposit back from damages done to the house prior to us moving in. We have photo proof otherwise. This rental company is DEFINITELY not on the half of the renter and only there to protect the landlord. There was so much left over items from the previous owner, bags left on the sinks draining systems, bags left over the fire alarms for us to move into. Run the other way from this rental group if you are a renter!!!!
