When I walked out, there was another customer present who looked visibly uncomfortable and concerned because of the employee's behavior. The employee continued yelling and swearing at me while I was leaving, saying things like "Why the fuck were you taking a shit? This is an employee bathroom. Did you leave it nicer than you found it? Are you going to buy air freshener?" This was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and unnecessary, especially considering the employee had unlocked the restroom and allowed me to use it in the first place. No customer should be treated like that. Management should seriously address this employee's behavior. If it isn't handled appropriately, I will consider taking further action regarding how this situation was handled. read more

Male worker on Lancaster at night shift was horrible. He wouldn't come over after we waited for 4 other cars and two came after us. My boyfriend and I decided to pump our own gas. When my boyfriend was beginning to swipe my card he went to the car in front of us, looked at us and yelled "Don't touch my pump!" My boyfriend backed away and said alright. When the worker came over my boyfriend kindly said "Can I fill with plus?" And he replied to him "Everybody wants to play f*cking gas huh?!" What. A. Moron. Skip this gas station and use Fred Meyer's gas station for a much more pleasant experience (& a much better price!!). Unless you want to experience/ hear F* you words yourself. At around 4:40 pm, today 6-2-22, I pulled over to fill up a car with gas. I had elderly family members in the back seats. Because I am living with immunocompromised people, I take all the precautions including handling my credit card. I went and swiped my credit card and opened a gas tank, patiently waiting for an attendant. After some time, including chit chat with another driver, the attendant, Steven, approached my car. Of course, by the time he came over (after finishing talking for an extended time about his weekend with another driver), the machine timed out. Steven asked what did you do!!?? I explained that by the time he came over the machine timed out. He stretched his hand tells me to hand over the credit card to him or else. I politely explained that he please allows me to handle the credit card. He ELEVATED HIS VOICE, almost SHOUTING !!!, F* you incompetent, GET OUT OF HERE!!!! Of course, I went inside and asked another attendant for the owner's name and phone number. I also asked him to help me with filling up the car. He had a much much calmer demeanor and helped me. By the time I returned to the car, the elderly family members were speechless and shocked to have witnessed F* you !!! words and the rude demeanor of an attendant. After returning home, I called the owner's number. Rick actually gave me the phone number of some elderly gentlemen in WA, who has no clue about the gas station. There are THOUSANDS of people who will happily replace Steven and be thankful for an income. So, skip this gas station and head over across for Fred Meyer. read more

STORY IS RELAYED WORD-FOR-WORD VERBATIM FROM MY BF- His experience here at this store is as follows: I have no idea why... a cool conversation with the guy at the register in the late night/early morning- I was very rudely asked to leave and not return by that same cashier and one of the attendants just moments later upon my exit of their restroom and the property as a whole. Even going out of their way to take down my plate/trip numbers and everything on my car as if I had done something severely wrong; and worthy of such treatment... when literally just moments ago we were having a, what I thought to be anyway, an interesting and for me; honestly uplifting conversation that made me feel allot better about the previous situation I had just had to deal with at the ARCO gas station down the goddamn street. And THAT guy kicked my goddamn door to my car shut after he rudely asked me to leave and I obliged and began to shut my door on my own. ALL I WANTED TO DO - was use the restroom and take a crap. And at the second location (here/76 gs) I did, and admittedly I exceeded the bathroom time limit due to the fact that I was filling a police report online about the first incident. And before I could even get in my car to leave ... that happened... SIDE NOTE: Neither CLERK/ATTENDANT @ EITHER location would tell me wtf I even did wrong. He just came out of the store waving a candy wrapper or something of the like at me and telling me I wasn't welcome there anymore. And then disappeared inside not to tell me what I had apparently done wrong. What tf is wrong with people owning/operating gas station businesses on Lancaster Dr in the late night? Aka the easiest and quietest/slowest part of what must be their entire fukn work period! W T F Will not be returning... at either location. Cause they be tripping on some other shit.
