He offered me a seat inside to stay cool while he lifted my vehicle. He added photos prior to doing the service for any damage. 760 Towing came to my building by mistake. Apparently they were hired by the building across the street. I saw them illegally parked in my private parking spot, told them to move and they refused. They said they were on official business. I said you're not law-enforcement and they said they were and they had official business to conduct. I told them I was calling the police and they pulled out and as they did so they belittled me. They called me names. They called me mentally handicapped. They threatened me. Then apparently they realize they were on the wrong side of the street. Did they come to apologize? Very unethical company! I had to visit my 95 year old aunt to let her know my dad just died and didn't see the faded red curb in front of her mobile home. All of the sudden the neighbor kids knocked on the door to tell me someone was taking my car! I explained to the driver that we had a death and didn't realize we were parked illegally also noted several other cars parked in red but he didn't bother with them. Driver could care less and charged $150 cash or zelle to release my car! I called the owner and he also could care less and refused to refund even a portion of the charge! I own an RV business and work with many tow companies in the valley who are caring and trustworthy like Plaza Towing for one. Stay far far away from these guys, they are crooks!! read more

This place is a total joke. According to Riverside towing prices I was supposed to be charged about $300 and they wanted to charge me over $600. I get the economy is tough but to be taking advantage of clients like this is unethical. Once I started asking for receipts they magically dropped the fee close to $400. read more

towed my vehicle, the next day was on a weekend either Saturday or Sunday. when I went to pick it up. I believe they charge me 500 bucks (only cash) they said since it was the weekend. they also said they were going to charge me an extra 50 bucks since it was a close day. so 50 bucks just to open the gate on the week end and to top it off it seemed they were trying to hide my vehicle in their parking lot by parking multiple vehicles around my truck really bad experience. Around 2 years ago I sold my my breaking-down vehicle to 760 Towing; they said they would be junking the car and using it for parts. To my surprise, I received a ticket from OC Toll Roads the other day, stating the vehicle was improperly driving on the toll roads. My issue is not that they were dishonest with their intended use of the car (they paid for it, if they wished to fix the vehicle up that's their option). However, in the span of two years, they never bothered to change the vehicle registration nor replace the now 2 year outdated license (and, I'd assume, driving without insurance). 760 Towing took no steps to ensure the car was changed to their ownership and to remove me from any potential liability or inconvenience (yes, I notified DMV at time of the transfer). Even if they later sold the vehicle to another party, they should have first registered under their business, as I did not sell the vehicle to any person/business other than 760 Towing. I will never sell another vehicle to 760 Towing and will certainly not use them for towing services. They willfully and knowingly have inconvenienced me and have not adhered to the rules of title transfer. read more

I had an engine misfire 6mi out from all the cities in the Palm Springs area, right in the middle of the high desert. Little to no cell phone reception but somehow had internet. My insurance called them to come tow the car. After an hour, I got a message that they were lost. They said they did not understand the instructions they got. I sent them a map and it took another two hours. I was waiting on the side of I-10. Just follow the highway and you would see me. I don't think he spoke English. He did not respond when I spoke to him. He handed me his phone to input the address. I think my insurance would have provided all this info. I got a call in the morning from the Honda repair shop that the car was not delivered. After contacting my insurance, he had left my Honda in the Kia parking lot. As friendly as he seemed, there is some work to be done that would only help his business if he could understand the requests he receives and directions. I was at least glad that the car was in a nearby lot, but it took me some time to make a few calls and locate it. read more

at 10/18/2024 around midnight I parked my car wIthin a community home area as I do online order grubhub orders and deliveries and to drop the food item off I needed to park and get down to find the building room and within a span of 5-10 minutes they've company towers towed my car and left me stranded and no warning of anything, a resident Informed me of them to be known to hide and immediately take any car they see pulling around the area and it happened to the resident I was stranded!!! read more

My insurance company assigned this company to tow my car to the dealership after it broke down. I waited around for 2 hours before getting a message saying that the company cancelled my tow and they're finding a different company. The insurance company called twice within the 2 hours and the company confirmed the driver was in route. One time he said 25-30 mins. After they canceled after 2 hours the driver texted me and said sorry but he's not coming because the insurance company doesn't pay enough. Don't accept the job and have someone wait around for 2 hours then decide you don't like the pay. This company is a joke. read more

I dropped my 14-year daughter and her friend to do some Xmas shopping Barnes & Noble's bookstore. I went home for a couple hours; I told them to call me when they wanted to be picked up. I went to the same location I had dropped them off. I saw what I thought was a parking space, I walked to the front door of the bookstore because I told them to stay in the store in the AC very warm. I was gone 3 minutes maybe 4 minutes I walked around my car and saw someone in my car, I said what the F---- doing in my car. He backs out of my car and says I was not parked in a space, no signs he points to the ground says see the blue stripes, I said I didn't see them the blue stripe was washed out and in need to be repainted. So, he must have used some devise to open the car or maybe I didn't lock the car. I am writing this for other drivers are aware the 760 Towing is run by a bunch of misfits looking to scam happy shoppers out of dollars they might have used to purchase gifts rather than paying towing charges. Lastly, they must be working with other security companies because they had to be watching like a Hawk waiting for his next meal. read more

My car was parked in a handicap spot on 11/26/22. I forgot to hang the Handicap placard on the mirror, however the placard was visible where I left it. When I came out of the store, my car was missing. My car was towed by 760 towing! When I went to pick up the car from their lot, he told me how carefully they look for the placard in case someone forgets to hang it. He said they peer in the windows and look all over for any sign of the placard. He needed to see my license....I told them I left it in the car....so, I gave him my keys and he picked up the car and drove it to the office. When I went to get my license, I went in the passenger door and my placard was missing from the spot where I keep it. I exclaimed...."where is my Handicap placard???? I started tearing apart the car looking for it and I said" someone must have stolen it!!!!" It was completely GONE! The fellow went through the the driver side "to help me look for it" and MIRACULOUSLY found it on top of the visor. Folks...in my 50 years of driving I HAVE NEVER USED THE VISOR AS A STORAGE AREA!! The end of the story is that my placard WAS visible and they towed it anyway. The fellow responsible for the business, saw that it was visible and moved it to the visor.....They are scamming dishonest...$439 dollars later!!! read more
