We decided to skip the numbing cream, and I was willing to tolerate the discomfort, and I'm so glad I did. Today was extra special because I got to try something new: microneedling combined with a CO2 carboxy facial. It was such a cool experience--I actually loved the tingling sensation. I still wanted to see them and asked to move it. They would not let me move it so I said OK. I will just write a review and charge me the cancellation fee and I'll get it done somewhere else. They called me back and said "We'll actually you can come, but you have to pay for the entire procedure upfront. I go you want me to pay for the entire procedure upfront without signing consent forms, without having a consultation, without having to meet my provider... they then call me back and go: Oh actually, we'll just let you move it. After three calls and me not budging on paying.. That's not customer service! That's not thinking about what's best for the patient. All they care about is money. Response to owner- The 10% discount was part of a Black Friday special for any area of laser hair removal. She' didn't tell me about the special & I didn't feel comfortable asking her about it at the end. I'm not sure how that relates to my experience .I understand and respect the nurses time & company policy the cancellation fee was not the issue it was the receptionist attitude and tone towards me. I mentioned that everyone else was polite but the one staff member who checked me in & out (I didn't get her name) I hope you take this feedback to help improve the experience for future patients. I scheduled a same-day appointment and specifically asked if it would be okay to bring my baby. I was told it would be fine. When I got there the technician explained that my baby would need to wear goggles during the laser treatment. My baby is small so we decided it was better to skip the laser treatment. I appreciate the technicians concern for safety, but when I spoke with the front desk receptionist, I was told I would have to pay a $35 cancellation fee even though I had not canceled the appointment I was still there for Dysport . The receptionist mentioned that the laser appointment was scheduled long, and I understand that time could've been used for another patient. However, I arrived at 12:45 p.m. for an appointment made at 11 a.m. so the fee seemed unnecessary. In the end, i did a quick underarm treatment. I regret not paying the $35 cancellation fee and leaving when the receptionist first mentioned it. Her tone was unprofessional which made me feel uncomfortable, especially considering I'm spending hundreds on services. This was never mentioned when I booked the appointment otherwise, I would've arranged for a sitter. After my Dysport treatment the receptionist's attitude remained unfriendly, and it felt like I was inconveniencing her when checking out. While the rest of the staff was professional and polite, this was my second visit and it will be my last.My first appointment didn't go very well either I waited over an hour,felt rushed and had to come back for a touch up but I decided to give them another chance since they worked with me being sick and unable to make it at the exact 2 week mark. I believe the front desk could benefit from additional training, as they are the first point of contact with clients and their demeanor sets the tone for the entire visit. read more

As a loyal customer of 7Q spa I've previously enjoyed their services. However, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and inconvenienced. I had scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a 6:30 pm slot. Unfortunately, without prior notification, the spa changed its hours of operation for the holidays and , for a whole month, I was not made aware that the latest spot for an appointment was going to be 6:00 pm. The day before my appointment, I received a text requesting me to arrive early, to which I responded positively saying I would try to, never did I say I was one hundred percent going to arrive early and during this exchange I was again, not made aware that they were closing at 6 pm. All I received was a thank you. Shockingly, on the day of the appointment, I was informed last-minute, after I let them know it was impossible for me to arrive early , that my 6:30 pm slot was no longer available due to the altered hours and they were not going to be able to see me for my appointment. There was no notification about the altered availability nor the option to reschedule up until the last minute. The unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled, especially with a month's notice for the original appointment, showcases a significant disregard for customer convenience and communication. This unexpected change without adequate prior information resulted in not only inconvenience but also a waste of my time and energy. Adding to the disappointment , despite being on my way to the scheduled and never cancelled appointment, the receptionist made it sound like they were doing me a favor by waiving the no-show fee. This attitude, coupled with the lack of consideration for notifying me about the changed schedule, further emphasized the disregard for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of 7Q spa and I will not be booking another appointment. read more
