The team work well, were very considerate and were protective of our property as well and our neighbors. They started when the said they were going to and left when they were scheduled to leave. They kept us informed of their activities that might in anyway raise concerns. All of which proved to be non-issues. They cleaned up the yard multiple times during the work day and left it in wonderful shape each evening. All-in-all, a very good job, exactly the outcome I was expecting, and a very pleasant experience. The cost of the work was reasonable and I believe far less than the value added to the property. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone wanting any outdoor work done. They have the equipment and talent to get the job done well.

Called and calmly and politely expressed what had happened, even going as far as to offer them another chance at our business. No response. I guess if you're wrong, stay wrong. A horrific business model but I suppose they think business is good enough and it's not cost efficient to take the time to own up and apologize for mistakes. Absolutely terrible customer service, I acknowledge it may have been a one-off but it was enough to lose my business forever as well as tell this tale until the day I die to warn others against using such a disrespectful company.
