He was notified to repair under warranty stating he would take care of it. He let 34 days pass without action and without repair. When asked why, the excuse book opened and the unintelligent legal threats began. Sadly, he elevated this to a level of an unreasonable, unprofessional, irresponsible correspondence. He chose a complete lack of prioritizing a safety failure of his work. He ended his immature response with "have a good life". I can't recommend this company... just too many excuses and no shows. I never threatened legal action as Michael is claiming. I was not upset, I was disappointed. I was professional and honest... Michael could not bring himself correspond professionally when confronted with our dissapointment, a simple lack of humility and taking responsibility. Again, this is a furnished executive rental, already furnished when Micheal installed thw railing and at the time Michael claims something heavy had to have been the culprit of the railing coming loose. Again, excuses and no responsibility.
