I dealt with Mark K. managing partner, who assured me via email that product ordered 09/28 would be delivered on Saturday 10/7/23. Not so much, I tracked the fedex order not arriving till Monday. 10/9/23. This whole experience from start to finish has been all on deceit. 877 spririt has gone down hill with respect to their customer service and delivery of goods. On February 3rd, I still hadn't received anything, but, of course, my card was charged! I went to the website to check my order and all it said was "unfulfilled". I called their customer service number to check what was going on and was told things were held up because one of the bottles was on back order. I doubt this was true because the website doesn't allow you to order anything that is not in stock. I asked if they could send my order without the out of stock item or let me choose something else. I was told he would check and get right back to me. I heard nothing back for two days and checked this morning and my order was still marked unfulfilled. Called back and cancelled my order! These days you expect to place an order online and have the items show up to your place a few days later right? Not with Reserve Bar! The whole process is a total shit show. I don't think they actually distribute anything but rather pass your orders on to a multitutde of retailers. I got in excess of 15 emails back and forth about my order. Telling me something was out of stock and couldn't process my order until I called in. Then a few days passed I was expecting to already have the order but I get an email to say there is no upddate and it hasnt shipped yet. Couple more days passs and another round of emails stating a product is out of stock andd they can't process the order. Then I started to receive emails that wasn't even about my order! By this point I'm panicking as the items I ordered were for a gift and I was travelling overseas. I started to think the whole place is an online scam. I called them to cancel my entire order but they said something had already been sent. I did eventually get my partial order. I ordered a special edition bottle of vodka for $45.00. Took 4 weeks to receive. They sent me a generic bottle. I emailed them 7 times with no response. They do not have a phone number easily accessible on their website and they state no returns on alcohol on the website. I kept emailing with no response. I finally found a phone number where they told me they would take care of it right away. The next day I was refunded $27.00. I have now had to dispute this transaction with my credit card. I have wasted hours of time uploading pictures of the order, receipt, product ordered, and product received to their website, my credit card and paypal. This has been a horrible experience. I am a great return customer and this is one company that should not be in business. The owner obviously does not care. Stay away!!!! read more

I tried to order from ReserveBar.com but some shenanigans happened where they said my order couldn't be placed yet I checked my bank account and the transaction was pending 3 times. It went away in the morning but still. I was bummed but I really wanted an engraved bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue. So I tried this place and it worked. I mean, it's just a website so there's not much to say. I ordered it. It went through and they shipped it. Awesome thing was that it was delivered in less than the 7-10 days they said it would be. Product came, as described, faster than expected. No complaints possible. I see some issues with their pricing in other reviews. Not really sure if the price I paid was good ($79) but I don't know much this bottle retails for since I've never bought it before so I went for it for a thoughtful gift. I searched other pages and I found this one to be the most cost friendly. Super fast shipping (less than 4 biz days from order to delivery) and good engraving. I had an awful experience with this company. It took over a month for them to never deliver a gift I ordered. First, they sent the item to the mailing address instead of the shipping address. Next they sent the item to the wrong street address. I contacted customer service numerous times. Kevin was completely unhelpful. He promised he would call the recipient but never bothered. I really wished I had read the one review of this site prior to ordering. I wanted to get my friend a bourbon gift so I got the 3-month bourbon of the month club. What a waste of money. The bourbon was good but at least twice the price as if you ordered it from other sites. You can do 6 months on your own for the same price. They say personalized so they put a sticker on the bottle. I hope this helps someone else to not purchase from here. I have learned my lesson to really do more research and not buy in a hurry. read more

I ordered some patron for a friend and not only was it way too expensive (more than they had quoted me on the website) but it didn't get delivered for over a month. I had several exchanges with customer service attempting to figure out what had happened/get my money back. Every time I found them completely unhelpful, incompetent, and rude. I called customer service and they were VERY accommodating and went above and beyond to correct the minor issue at no cost or inconvenience at all to me. My choice to send gifts from this company last year was the worst holiday mistake I have ever made. The products were not as displayed, the delivery was untimely, if at all, and the term customer service is analogous to political rhetoric - anything you want to hear with absolutely no substance. Imagine your client list - 4 gifts to same company but different representatives, 1 of 4 never arrives; imagine a selected product displaying leather case or basket and quality packaging that arrives in a paper bag; imagine a gift order list that includes more than 20 recipients with 17 delivered - no correction, no refund. The company takes your order, farms it out to other companies and then does nothing, has no idea what is shipped, if shipped and makes no correction. They didn't deliver the 2nd and 3rd bottle until I followed-up with them 3. Since someone 21+ years old has to be there for delivery, I assumed the recipient would get some notice about the delivery. Even better, I would expect 877-spirits.com to work WITH the recipient to schedule a time when they sign for the package. I purchased a 10 year old bottle of Templeton Rye from this website. I received an order confirmation stating that is what I had purchased. Upon delivery the bottle was a 4 year old bottle. I called and they told me that it was a mistake in their packaging department and that they would send me out the correct bottle right away. Later that evening they call and tell me that is was a mistake on their website and that the 10 year bottle is not available. They said I could either keep the bottle I received or return it. After I received the bottle and realized it was wrong, I double checked the website and they were still showing the 10 year bottle. The next day this was corrected. read more
