Lounge that residence fobs don't work to enter

Pay 1500+ a month for what? - The board room(study area) is always locked and key fobs don't work. So don't rely on taking exams or doing work in there... - the lounge is always locked and not available for use. - The Terrance is a big mess and unfinished.(photo included) - The garden (dog park) is never cleaned and the plant holders are full of dog poop and weeds.(last photo in the review) - Amazon pick up boxes in garage not in use so you have to be able to get your packages within business hours. - People smoke in the elevator & nothing is ever done about it. -$125 parking pass.... - Canal entrance door doesn't work you have to go around to get into the building. Making this not handicap accessible as the canal entrance door does not work to access the elevator and the other area is under remodeling. (Last two images) - advertise as fully furnished available. That is in fact not true. - also advertise quails coffee shop, personal training gym & burgerhause all of which are not available as well!! All bathrooms located near amenities are locked and not available for residences. (2nd Photo included)

Outside of the building

We stayed here for a week as a rental. The building is worn down, hallways smell, community amenities are outdated and not taken care of. The area on the canal could be nice, but not taken care of. Terrible experience.

Expectation vs. reality.

STAY AWAY! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE LITTLE ONES. This has honestly been THE WORST experience I have ever had at an apartment complex and after reading all the RECENT reviews on here just confirms that I am not the only one who feels this way. Now, I understand that the new management company took over and has inherited all of its issues, but it just keeps going down hill. I think we are on manager number 3 or 4 in the 7 months we've lived here. -- they are advertised as "luxury". There's NOTHING lux about them. It is just overpriced dorm rooms. such a joke. --the mail system is horrible. It's like going on a scavenger hunt every single time. your package could be in the lobby, locked up in a closet that you do not have access to, or it could be on the floor in the garage (with a broken parking arm) NEXT TO the parcel pending lockers....who knows! --the amenities offered here are either out of service or not maintained. the study room has been closed for months. the roof top dog area is a minefield of poop and it reeks of urine. --I know a lot of tenants have gone without heat or a/c and it is still an on going issue. Luckily we have had our heat working, but we can't even regulate our apartment. not to mention, ALL of the windows in our unit are broken. one works...if we prop it open. we've been trying to get that fixed since we moved in over the summer last year. Believe me and save yourself the headache. You DO NOT want to rent here. It is not worth your sanity. All they care about is collecting the rent check. They don't care about their tenants being happy. I've wasted so much time and energy trying to get out of this lease and I'm S.O.L.

Shower with "fixed" ceiling where mold grew.

***This review was deleted off Google, so I have now placed it here for all to see the truth*** BEWARE folks: it's not as glamorous as the price and location let on. While residents may get free food, bragging rights on location, etc. you'll be stuck with an apartment that is fixed using as little funds as possible. Boyfriend lives here and it is underwhelming. Below is a photo of the so called "fixed" shower ceiling that had mold growing from the top due to a lack of proper ventilation. The hole stayed untouched for a few weeks before finally being covered with a used metal sheet that does not fully cover the hole nor are the screws flush with the ceiling. The maintenance people also left their trash, a second used metal sheet in the bathroom. One photo shows the caulking on the shower becoming cracked the length of the shower. I would not be surprised if mold ends up growing behind the drywall. What is the point of shower caulking if it doesn't keep humidity away from the drywall? The amount of other problems (including dishwasher, sink, AC unit, dryer) the complex has is disappointing. All problems ought to be fixed by a professional and the apartment needs to consider updating its units with more modern amenities (hence the brown accordion room separator in the photos below). Advice for 9 on Canal: STOP BEING CHEAP AND DECEPTIVE. Fix what needs to be fixed and act like the elegant apartment complex you portray.

I've only lived here a short time, and let me say this place is tops due to the amenities it provides. The rent is a little pricey but it includes all utilities, cable, HBO, and internet. Each room has its own washer and dryer even. The staff here is friendly, and very knowledgable about the area. The real value of this place are the amenities, in addition to what I've already mentioned. There is a huge work room overlooking the canal, a lounge for get-togethers, a rooftop deck, and last but not least, a pool over looking the city!! Throw all of your bills away because you get this all included in rent. There are also a coffee shop (Quills coffee), and a burger place (Burgerhaus) onsite. The small 1 bedrooms are a little cramped, but the units all have granite countertops, tiled bathrooms, hd tvs, and they come fully furnished with the price of rent!! Now I don't think a poor college student could afford to live here, but good for working out of town like myself. It appears that the mix of people that live here are 50%college/30%yps/20%everyone else. So there's a good mix. I haven't spent a summer here yet, but imagine it will be quiet with school letting out, and look forward to laying in the sun and writing the pants off some new reviews!!

My first and most recent experiences have been out of this stellar location, right in the heart of the Circle City. I mean, what's not to love? Great location, beautiful and modern space, reliable wi-fi, incredibly friendly staff, never ending coffee, awesome local business... I could go on and on. This is definitely my style of coworking, they truly do an amazing job. I love the natural light thanks to the giant windows that wrap around the entire space. It's on the third floor so you get a little bit of a view, which is always nice. Overall, the vibe is just on point. The only cons I can think of revolve around the parking situation. The street parking can be very limited given the location. The prices can get up there depending on what you're looking for but honestly, there's a little something for everyone. If you're looking for co-working space, you'd be a fool to not check this place out.

They have offered such a warm welcome from the start and feel like an extension of my own coworkers. Lets be clear, the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Mass Ave and wine in the afternoon doesn't hurt either. A few more reasons to consider Industrious as your next coworking space or a meet up location for a team retreat: -private phone booths -plentiful natural light -high quality snacks and drinks shared throughout the day -programming and educational opportunities -location in the heart of Mass Ave (over-ish Garden Table to give you an idea) -printing resources -small touches like mouthwash in the bathrooms and guest coffee roasters from other Industrious markets throughout the country -your membership will provide you with access to all other Industrious locations which is exceptionally handy for folks like me who travel fairly frequently with work/need spaces like this from time to time

Find yourself lost in this adorable townhome complex just off the Monon Trail, within walking distance, and minutes from the main strip. If you're thinking of relocating to the village, Broad Ripple Apartments keeps you having fun every step of the way! My two roommates and I just moved here in May 2012, and I have not regretted it in the slightest. When we were looking for apartments last year, I was looking at places I had found online, but I wasn't able to find something that matched all three of our needs. One day, we were all shopping around, and the boys drove down to the apartments next door, which they hated. As they went down the road to turn around, they noticed another leasing office. Unaware that it was another apartment complex altogether, they went inside and accidentally found our new home. Pros: Adorable 1960s townhomes, hardwood floors, cozy bedrooms, black and white tiles in bath and kitchen, full basement, large wooden patios, pet friendly, beautiful view of the neighboring buildings and mature trees, super convenient location Cons: Washer and dryer not included, only one full bathroom, limited amount of units with patios, very small kitchen, next to high school In the short time we've been living here, I've used the Monon Trail for biking, running, and walking through Broad Ripple Village - very convenient for getting to restaurants and shops. The noise levels are very low, except the occasional bar-hopper and we can hear the high school football game or marching band; nothing that I would consider a disturbance though. I love marching bands! My neighbors are exceptionally lovely as well. The night we moved in, I think we met most of the people in the immediate area of our apartment. The people across the way were having a small party and offered us a "Welcome to the neighborhood" shot. It felt really comfortable, like we had been old friends that moved back from living out of town or something. Even now, I say hi to my neighbors which is something no one did at our last apartment. It's a true community here. Even now, I'm dreading the day when I'll have to move out of this amazing little hamlet, which in my opinion is one of the loveliest communities in Indy!

I enjoy it because the majority of the time no one is in there and I can be alone to train. If you like exercising or going on walks, the location is great because there is the Monon Trail less than a block away. The Broad Ripple strip is a half-mile walk, which makes it nice if you want to go out and enjoy nightlife with friends, but far enough away to not be bothered by the nightlife noise. In the spring and summertime, the upper patio opens up with furniture. It's a great place to hang out, grab a tan, and listen to music while reading a book. On the 4th of July, the skydeck is an awesome place to sit and view fireworks. I've done it every year that I've lived at Park 66. Overall, great place, team, and location.
