The workout itself was very challenging in the beginning (especially those strength classes!), but by the end of 2 weeks It felt much easier and I even found myself able to increase my weights. I really recommend this for all levels of fitness and would return for a day I wanted a less intense break from cardio. I really feel like I built a lot of leg strength during my time here and would often find them shaking at the end of an exercise. My only wish would be that they offered more evening classes over the weekend. Excited to see this studio grow and see what they do moving forward!
