On 3/27, I spoke to Ryan about a quote on a project and he stated that someone would get back to me…read morewithin an hour. I did not hear back. On 3/28, I called and spoke to a female rep at arkitektura development and stated would get back to me that same day. Again, I did not hear back. On 4/7: I spoke to Ryan at arkitektura development and turns out he claims he wrote the wrong #. I told him the correct number and after I told him to repeat it to me, I said no, that is the wrong number still and finally after that he repeated the correct number back to me. Terri from arkitektura development called back later that morning and basically stated that she needed certain info to give me a quote. I texted her the contact info to get the information she needed right after that. The information from the real estate agent was sent to her later that week and I never heard back. On 4/21 I texted and called her to follow up on the quote she would provide but no response or answer. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have dealt with! They leave you hanging without providing an answer. I definitely would NOT recommend this company as they have no idea how to write down correct numbers and get back to people. All I am trying to do is get a quote or estimate or even a referral to someone that can help. If they cannot even do something so simple, I would avoid them at all costs.

MG said he completed the job (02/2024) and asked for final payment. After final payment MG quit responding to email or phone calls. Plans were not completed, permitting was not completed. Over the last year I have contacted Steve Ramirez - Managing Investigator www.tbae.texas.gov and filed a official complaint.
