I'd give them a negative rating if possible. They answered my first call to check on the time the tech would arrive. She told me she'd call back. It's been a week and 3 voice messages and no return call. I wouldn't trust these people to flush my toilet much less do work in my home. Like many others have stated, they don't pick up there phone. This company is being scheduled through my home warranty company. We made an appointment for them to show up the next week. Well, they didn't show up and they didn't let us know that they were not planning too ditch us. No notice show up! Ridiculous. They've now rescheduled a week later without notifying me, I found out through the home warranty company. We don't know what time they are showing up, only the date. We've tried calling multiple times to see what time they are planning to show up but...they dont answer there phone lol. read more

After Reading these reviews imma have to rethink having them come for repairs my whirlpool warranty scheduled them. The worst repair company I've ever experienced. They never return calls, miss scheduled appointments, misdiagnose problems and never fix anything. Only reason I've used them is because of warranty. It's the classic "If I could give zero stars" line. Don't even bother calling, besides they won't return your call anyway. read more

Things must have changed with A-1. Latest reviews I see are from 2021 but my experience with them was much better than those poor reviews. Maybe new hires, who knows, but they were helpful and got someone out here the next day after I called. They had to wait for part ordered by home service co. we use then got out here -on Memorial Day no less, and fixed my dryer. I DO recommend them. Some issues getting company on the phone. But repairmen are polite, professional and quick. Repaired 20 year old Kenmore stove in less than 20 minutes. Replacing the igniter element with one on hand. Pricing was reasonable and reasonably in expensive. read more

Her solution to an upset costumer was to call warranty company and change servicers so I did just that. Been nothing but nice and patient with them up until now. They've been out three times to repair ice maker still doesn't work. Now fridge is out they made us wait a week to come out said they left voice mails when they were there failed to knock on door didn't leave voice mails 100% no possible way even though we've left about 10, literally, 10 over the past 6 months trying to get someone out to fix the ice maker with no return calls but when we don't get there call they push us back another week when our fridge is out!!. Don't use them. They are busy and I understand but it's the costumer service attitude that is the problem. read more

There wasn't an option for ZERO stars so I had to select 1. This company is probably the very worst service company I have ever dealt with. It's sad that this is the company that Whirlpool uses to service appliances. Took a technician 5 visits to figure out what was wrong with dishwasher and now they want to bill me for service that Whirlpool will not pay for. The only reason they wouldn't pay is what the technician wrote incorrectly on his ticket. And don't waste your time calling the office to discuss. They are clueless, IF, you can get them to answer the phone. When speaking with them, the best word I can say to describe them is RUDE. I would not recommend this company to pour piss out of a boot with the instructions on the heel. They will NEVER be called to my house again. read more

This company is Great! Every time we have them out the repairman is very knowledgeable and fixes our Appliance! Always works us into his schedule! Comes to our area on Friday's only but worth the wait to have someone who knows what they are doing! Has fixed washers, refrigerators, freezers and dryers for us! Used them for years! read more

I do not recommend this company for a repair. They are hard to get in contact with and you will have to wait several days before any repairs are made. I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks on my washer to be fixed. Was told I would receive a call from the repair man 6 days ago now with a price for a part on my washer that was supposed to already be fixed by him. I have not had any calls and I have tried to call him and no answer not even a call back from my voicemail. It has been a month almost without being able to use my own washer. I've been trying to give them a chance but I've had enough with the waiting. It just makes it worse that I haven't even received any calls telling me they anything. read more
