TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I went in and bought a washer and dryer with a 90 day warranty. The first set didn't work so they had to replace it. Now the second set won't work but it's the customer's fault??? My new Apartment just got newly remodeled and rewired, so I absolutely KNOW it's NOT the apartment!!!! My old washer stopped spinning and I thought that it was time to finally buy a new one. Before taking the plunge, I called a couple of repair shops; one didn't answer the phone, the other wanted $150 just for the trip charge. I called A-1 and Tony (one of the owners) came within the hour, diagnosed the problem as a dead capacitator, and fixed it all for only $75, including the $45 trip charge. Thanks!
