Took our truck to a local dealership collision center and was immediately told it would be a LOT of money. True form, got the estimate and it was thousands of dollars. Didn't feel right and decided to get another estimate.....Stephen at Robert's was so helpful. Long story short overall fix will be about 25-30% of the original estimate from the dealership and the fix is just what we asked for. Don't really want to frequent Body Shop's but have a new go to if an issue arises!

They also notice some other scrapes scratches. I was asked if I wanted those repaired as well. I did say yes and they billed me separate for the repairs. The out come of the car was very good. And the quality of work was top notch. They cleaned my car on the inside as well. This store kept me involved in the process and had the repair done on time. A few weeks after I received a thank you card in the mail. It was nice to have this personal touch in today's electronic life. I plan on not needing a auto body repair in the future but if I do I will choose Roberts Auto Body.

They lie and sucker you into buying a car. They told me an interest rate, but when we got to the financing part, it was a whole 1% more. They hardly answer their phone and when they do, the angriest lady picks up and it sounds like she hates her job (I would too!). When you call enough times and ask for a manager, they "send you that way" and it rings forever with no response, then you walk in and the person you ask for is outside hitting a vape. They say new cars are under warranty for however long, but can't even pickup the phone to schedule an appointment to get it looked at. I have so much more to say, but just know this place isn't worth it. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

They then refused to send the quote into the insurance company until I promised to do the work through them instead of my repair shop of choice. I again asked that they send in the quote, they said they would, then later the State Farm agent told me they contacted the location and that the quote would not be sent in. I was lied to; this practice is just wrong, and CARSTAR wasted my time - all over a minor repair job. You've earned a 1 star review; I hope losing a customer was worth it.

I came to Center City Collision on the recommendation of a friend and was glad I did. I was in an…read moreaccident and completely totaled the front end of my car; over $10K worth of damage. The amount of work that needed to be done was extensive and I was completely out of my element with what to do. I'm so glad I came to Center City. I don't want anyone to miss these key points I experienced so if you only read a little know this: Center City Collision has: Great Customer Service, Commitment to Quality and Safety, Excellent Communication. And here's why: Great Customer Service: I closed on a house the day my car was supposed to be ready and Chris told me not to worry and to just reach out to him when I was ready; that impressed me. The day I picked up the car, I called ahead and asked if they could check the gas tank (I seriously had just filled it up before the accident and after buying the house and paying for the car, I was a little budget conscious, lol). The receptionist (I can't remember her name but I know she's getting married so I want to give her a shout out ; )) gladly checked the gas level for me. Randy helped me get me situated in the car when I picked it up and encouraged me to contact with ANY questions or concerns. They also covered the rental car costs after my insurance coverage was up. Commitment to Quality and Safety: What impressed me the most was that they truly stood by their words that safety and quality were the most important considerations. There was a sensor that they could not reset without special equipment. They partnered with another shop, which spent $1K to update software, to be able to reset the airbag sensor. When that didn't work, they worked directly with the Subaru dealership to have the problem fixed. Excellent Communication: Due to the amount of work that needed to be done (basically had the front end of my car rebuilt), it took several weeks for the repairs to be completed. Chris contacted me consistently to give me updates and explain what was going on with the car. That sent my mind at ease. After the accident, the communication with the tow company and my insurance were not at all proactive. This was not at all the case with Center City. They made what was a pretty traumatic experience have a positive ending.

After a car accident, they received my car on 8/18. I called on 8/19 to ask about getting some personal items out of the car, and getting a quote on the work. They said give us 2 days. I called again on 8/22 after not getting a quote, they acted like she had never talked to me, and that they will get me a quote by Tuesday. I expressed that I don't want to miss the quote because I know the storage fees start at that time. I called again Today, asking where the quote is. They said they didn't know I wanted a quote and assumed I didn't want to fix my car. Wtf?!? I've called over 3 times at this point, why would you ASSUME I didn't want my car fixed?? They transfer me to the owner. He says the front desk girls don't do quotes, and he never got a message from me saying I wanted a quote. It's not his fault, and I need to pay $800 in storage fees to get my car released back to me. After 10 minutes of going back and forth, he finally agrees to knock off 5 days from the storage fee. At that point, I just wanted my car as far as possible from their company, so I said to send me the bill and I will pay it. He sends me the bill 3 hours later, and he now has a tow charge added (even then they billed my insurance), AND has that he received my car on 8/13. They didn't get my car until 8/18!!!!!!!! I call him back correcting him on the date he received my car. He says he will review the cameras and call me back. An hour goes by, he emails me a new bill. Still towing added, with the corrected amount of days. I call my insurance company and ask for them to tow my car somewhere else. The new tow guy calls and says he will be there at 5:05, and he will ask Bodies by Mikes to stay there the extra five minutes to get my car. They told him absolutely not. He calls me and lets me know he will be there first thing in the morning. I say that's fine, I'll go ahead and go make payment on their fees. The office ladies were absolutely rude. Told me they weren't sorry for what happened and added an extra day of fees because they won't stay for the extra 5 minutes. I paid the fees and informed them that it will be towed in the morning, and to release it directly to him. I am beyond pissed. I would have moved my car the SAME DAY of the accident if they had been upfront with the fees, and would not have given them grace on taking so long with the quote. I figured they were a busy small business and was okay with it taking a while. I didn't think my messages weren't being given to the owner, since I was calling THEIR PHONE NUMBER. I would rather dump my beloved car into the Ohio River than ever let them touch my car again.

First I'll admit my vehicle…read morehad a significant amount of damage, but with that said, they first tell me the tow charge would be $125, I agree, weeks later they email me the assessment bill which they charged $225 for the tow, and have now had my vehicle almost 3 months, I didn't want to be rude and pushy so I would give 2 weeks at a time before calling for a status report, every time for 3 months now, I was told the same thing. Finally I decided to physically stop by, to find my vehicle in a garage like storage still with no bumper, and visibly little room around my vehicle for any work of any kind. My vehicle is still there, I'm still waiting, still hearing the same words. Do yourself a favor and save yourself of this regrettable decision.
