Yes, they changed my broken side window, but were not equipped to disassemble the door and remove the broken glass -- so now I either have to ride around with a rattling door or go to the additional expense of having Tesla remove the broken glass (which would have been taken care of if I just let Tesla replace the glass). And ps, they didn't tell me this would be the situation until AFTER they replaced the glass.

In order to give me an accurate quote over the phone, Benny had me send him pictures of the chip in my windshield. He advised that I go on his website for a $25 coupon too, and then wanted to address the chip the same day in order to prevent the crack from spreading. After he arrived at my home, we assessed the chip together and he explained to me the 20% risk of the crack spreading during the repair, given the character of my chip. After acknowledging, he went ahead. Unfortunately, the chip did split across. Benny filled the further crack with resin so that it would not split further, but then gave me the option to either continue driving as is (of course after waiving all charges), or he would offer me a very good deal on a replacement windshield. Although it wasn't ideal that the chip spread, Benny was honest and responsible. He followed through with a great deal on an identical windshield to my 2016 vehicle. When he returned to my home within hours, we together examined the new windshield before installing it so to ensure that I was satisfied with its quality. The windshield replacement took about 30 minutes, and a truly flawless job. Benny explained the new warranty and assured me that if a problem should ever arise, he will take care of it. I will be recommending him and calling him again for my auto glass needs. I applaud how he does business!
