I reserved a unit here yesterday to be picked up today. I talked to a woman at 10:02am this…read moremorning to confirm I was picking it up today. At 10:08am she called me back but I was at work. She left NO message on my voicemail! I went to pick it up exactly at 4:45 ( which is when I was out of work and confirmed with her on the 10:02 call). At 4:45 I show be up and she told me she rented the unit to someone else bc they got here before me!!! 6 MINUTES!!!! 6 minutes passed from our conversation to her renting it!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be sure to let every website and friend no never to deal with these money hungry SOBS!!! I'll take a waiting list at a company who cares about their customers before I will ever give them a dime of mine!!

This was a great company at one time. I just spoke with Amber who is one the rudest people I have…read morehad the displeasure of speaking with on the phone. Before I retired I was a customer service supervisor. I would never let my employees speak to anyone let alone a senior citizen with such a nasty attitude. I have explained over and over again, I am a senior citizen on a limited budget. I have had to live in motels while waiting for a senior citizen apartment. All I get is young people who DON"T listen. They are so busy condescending that I am trying to explain my situation but they keep giving me a script. I have dealt with previous people at this location and they were always kind and understanding. What happened to this business? I have had Public Storage employees that were kinder and more understanding. I am sorry that is business is not what it used to be. I always encouraged people to use them as the personnel were so kind. Not anymore.
