This facility can be considered a high-end senior living home. Audience learned the difference between Dementia and Alzheimer and how to live longer etc. The tour and lecture are 5 stars. Since we do not have an actual living experience at this facility, the overall rating, for the time being, is 4 stars until gaining more real-world experience here.

First, let me say that we were very satisfied with 2 of the 5 caretakers that were provided. One lady was so shy she would hide in the next room and peek at my mom. She was afraid of her. She could not prepare pudding to be made from the package or cook an over-easy egg. Yes, my mom was difficult. One woman was exceptional and my mom loved her. There was one other that was good also. I gave John the schedule of shifts that we needed to be covered for 3 weeks in advance and unfortunately, he only saw the upcoming week. Instead of checking with us on what our needs were when that week ran out, he did not send someone to cover the shift leaving us stranded. This happened on Thanksgiving night and again 1 week later. He totally ghosted us when we were trying to find out what happened. He would not answer his phone or text messages from the 3 of us. After the 2nd time, I requested a sit-down meeting and he refused to meet with me saying he was off for the Holiday. It is HIS business and he does not take any accountability for his shortcomings and I wanted to make sure it is known for the future that others can avoid the added and unnecessary stress on an already stressful event.
