Instead after getting the run around on seeing the home in person, this is what we saw in a walk through. Yes mice living in the dry toilets due to water and electric off. Than they lied to us a few times saying it was being all fixed and finished. We went to see and it wasn't even being done. Not that we trusted it after what we saw. Mice do a lot of damage. Be very careful on trusting them, we were lied to and no money returned!!!

One of the kitchen cabinets is peeling and we were supposed receive a replacement but have not. We decided to look for a mobile home to place on our property for the safety of our health since we found one that could be delivered as soon as we fixed up a pad site. Since having the home less than a year there's been so many things that have already been falling apart or needing to be fixed. Omg my doorknobs in my bedroom and bathroom has fallen off like 4 times each. The roof has leaked 2 times ( leaking coming thru the light fixture in the laundry room. There's numerous trims coming loose, wallpaper ripping ( they won't fix). My daughter's ac vent won't even open/close, there's kitchen drawers that needs tracking system replaced( still not done) and heck one drawer didn't even have the railing thing on it at all. Also the bathroom sink has the sealer falling off underneath. I have no idea why it's so hard for the company to keep in touch with me or even to actually fix all the crap that's been falling apart . The office isn't new like the other ones but that's okay cause they explained the whole process unlike the other claytons who just handed us keys like we were bothering them. They weren't pushy like sales people. I feel like they cared about us and our situation and want the best for our family. We're going to build up our credit and go back. Even my husband was impressed. It's a good feeling.
