I called even though it was outside normal business hours and they answered before the second ring. Mitch was very easy to deal with and the very next day they had an electrician come fix all of our issues - it was also great to see that they showed up at the exact time they had promised and I didn't have to wait around all day for them to show up. The customer service was professional and pleasant. The electrician who came do to the work was polite and the price was great! I have dealt with other electricians in Grande Prairie in the past but never had such great service as I received from Ultimate Energy Controls Inc. Not knowing any furnace repairmen in Grande Prairie, we searched Google and started calling. A couple of companies offered to set up a service call for someone to come and check it out, but refused to talk to my husband about what might be the problem. Then we found Quinn's Heating & Air Conditioning with a 5 star rating. When my husband told Quinn what was happening, Quinn immediately explained what the problem might be and offered to talk my husband through fixing it himself. We asked how much a service call would be and when he could come. Although it was his time off, he said he could be there within the hour at a reasonable cost. He quickly fixed the problem and checked out the furnace for any other possible problems. Quinn was very pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
