Brought a car about 3 months ago and they supposedly had the car inspected now I find out I need breaks and rotors on the car and I haven't even driven it 100 miles yet! Call them asking for help with the bill and they declined! I don't even know how the car passed inspection with no breaks! Whoever he had inspect the car he refuses to give me their name or phone number so now I just have to eat this one! Sad how people scam people and just take their money. If you buy from them I advise you to get your own inspection from your own people because obviously "his guy " can't be trusted. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME This is the worst place I've ever dealt with. My daughter filled out an application online and made an appointment to look at and test drive a car they called us an hour before the appointment to tell us that the owner took the keys home and now Noone can get a hold of him and we will get a call to reschedule. Two days later, we still hadn't heard from them to reschedule, so we called them they said they had no record of her filling out the application so she had to fill out the application again we tried to make am appointment for the next day at 6 they said they close at 7 and we can't come at 6, after fighting with them on it they finally made the appointment. She spoke to 3 different people, and they settled on a down payment agreement we drove the hour to get there only for them to tell us they sent the car out for service and it wasn't back yet and tried to get us to fill out paperwork before even seeing the car and recanted on the agreement on amount down. They couldn't even produce the car for a test drive. This place is sketchy, to say the least. Very unorganized, the sales men or whoever we dealt with was very rude and seemed to have mo clue what he was doing or talking about. I'm warning you not to buy a car from here. This one of the most dishonest car dealerships in AMERICA! Read all the reviews online for this place before you even walk in the door. They lie about work that is done on the vehicle before it's purchased,hide any damage, and if you encounter any problems after you purchase, you are on your own, you are screwed! Look at the reviews from the Better Business Bureau. They do not care about repeat customers. Once they got your money they don't care about you anymore! The owner of this dealership is completely dishonest! The owner is the worst, he is rude and will not help you after you purchase BUT he is so nice before the sale. The salespeople are great, but the cars are trash. How does a check engine light come on in a car with an inspection that was just done a few days ago? Now since they no longer own the car it's my fault? Should have known better when I walked in this place. It hardly has walls. they say it's under constrction but I have never saw anyone working on the building and there is apaperwork all over the owner's desk. READ EVERYTHING before you sign it and make sure your payments are what they promised you they will be! Okayed everything with the bank they gave them the money then when the check engine light came back on and I could hardly drive the car just a few days later they gave me the run around and were rude. You don't want to be stuck with a 4 year loan on a vhielce you cant drive unless you spend thousands on repairs that were promised to be done. Shop elsewhere. read more

Called asking about a 2001 CLK that I wanted to pay cash for, I forgot the guys name that I spoke with but 1. when I asked about the car fax, he said he would have to ask someone else for it & he would get back to me. It took him 2 days to get back with me to tell me that it had been in 1 accident and when I replied "oh no thanks" he replied "well your not going to really find a used car with a clean carfax" and then he proceeded to ask what kind of car I was driving now. Why does that matter?? I was kind of insulted, maybe he felt since I was a women that I knew nothing about vehicles or I had never had a luxury vehicle when in all actuality I've owned several BMW's, Mercedes & an Acura. Anyway I felt as though he kind of dismissed me after that so I ended up searching and finding a GREAT Mercedes truck with a clean carfax & service records that I paid cash for and I'm still looking for a 2002-2006 CLK to purchase but I would never search there again. read more

A 2 Z Motors is not a honest car dealer, they make you promises at the time you are signing the paperwork that they do not keep. They do not return your calls and their cars are not safe to drive. Their only concern is getting your money. I TOLD the company that they use for finance their cars and they tell you to talk to someone in charge and they do not return you calls either. Two days in a row I drove an hour and a half to this horrible establishment to try to buy a Hyundai Sonata for $17,000 with 26,000 miles on it. The car needed new break pads, new rotors, new wheel bearings, and had dents and scratches all over it. They promised to get the breaks and rotors done for me and when the car came back from the mechanics, nothing was done to it. The breaks were grinding and burning, and to try to prove to me that the breaks were good, while I was in the passenger seat prince whipped the car I was trying to buy around a corner and slammed on the breaks. I was not wearing a seat belt, and I hit the dash board. They all played dumb and wouldn't help me out to even make the car safe enough for me to drive home. Ozzie is the worst business man I've ever dealt with and need to leave the auto sales business. Come to find out that this place gets all there cars from auctions where they bid on vehicles with low miles and major problems. Please do not waist your time trying to buy from them because all you will find are collision repaired vehicles and sandy cars.. read more
