I have worked with this company before in previous years (like about 3 to 4 years). The work was done and the treatments work. I have 3 outdoor cats in my backyard property and every time Mr. Lucio would treat my yard and home, he would assure me that my pets would be safe and I never had any issues with them. This year I scheduled my treatment for my home again and was delayed for about a month until he came to treat my home. I walked outside to greet Mr. Lucio and walk him through my yard to review the areas I wanted treated. I mentioned to him that I would not be treating the interior of my home (just the outdoors) because I believed I might have had an allergic reaction last time to the treatment in my garage. Naturally he asked me what happened, I described that for a couple of weeks I had bronchial irritation after breathing in the treatment in my garage because I was cleaning in there the day after the work was done. He goes on to tell me that he doesn't want to spray my home anymore, because he is concerned about my health. He goes on to tell me that it has never happened before and that I'm the 1st person to tell him that. I responded that its fine and I only want the outdoors done. He goes on about how I'm raising "red flags" for him. He is concerned about liability but I tell him that I would be the better judge of what I should do to protect my health (hence asking him not to spray indoors only outdoors). He danced around the subject and I thought , after waiting on him for weeks he shows up to decline to treat my home because he is "concerned about my health, and that I'm so worried about my cats", when he has already been treating the place for previous years! He's been assuring me that my pets would be fine and I assured him that I wasn't trapping him with liability or else why would I bother to call him back? I felt he could have handled the situation differently and instead he came off as condescending. I was not given a choice in the matter or presented with a waiver form for services (only mentioned ). I have never been accused of mal intentions nor have I ever approached people with complaints and yet today I was refused services because of a potential situation that has never happened. read more

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT HIRE THIS BOGUS COMPANY!! They are the most unprofessional "business" I have dealt with in quite some time. First issue- punctuality. My appointment was for 9:00am. The guy calls and says he's running late and asks to make it 9:30 instead. Ok, not a huge deal. I understand things happen so I agreed. He then calls me at 9:40 stating he would be here in 10 mins. That's now 50 mins late from the original time and 20 mins from the rescheduled time. Again, I get things happen and I politely say "no problem". Still, not a great way to start out. Second - This guy, Mr. Lucio, calls again now asking for directions. I gave them an address from the beginning and my place is NOT hard to find. No one has ever needed specific directions to get to my place before this guy. It's called google maps. He should really try it sometime. Anyway, I gave him perfect directions and offered to come out and get him. He declined and he said he'd be at my door in a minute. 10 mins later he calls AGAIN stating that he's knocking on my door. Turns out he was at the wrong building. -_- He tells me that "you made a mistake with your directions" (which I didn't) and that "you're making things very difficult for me, sir"...REALLY?! Difficult FOR YOU?! Are you freaking kidding me?!? and THEN he hangs up on me. I wait another 15 minutes and hear nothing. I finally called the office and got the front desk girl. She proceeded to tell me that this guy tried to find me and couldn't do be left.....he LEFT. Didn't call me back to resolve the issue he just up and left and said nothing. I told him I would go out and get him and he declined. Third - this front desk girl. I explained the situation and how rude their employee was over the phone. Instead of being professional and trying to resolve the situation she said insisted that her employee "tried" and that I was in the wrong. That's not how this works. All that needed to be said was "I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir. We'd be happy to send out another contractor as soon as possible" and all would have been well. But no. She wanted to argue with me over the phone about the matter. A matter of which she hadn't witnessed. Absolutely ridiculous. Theres 2 hours of my life I will never get back. What a waste of time. If yelp would let me, I'd give this place zero stars. So, don't do it! Find another business to give your hard earned money to. read more

Have been using this company for over 20 years. They have consistently provided great service to our family. After moving to a new home, we had a terrible Resaca rat problem, they took care of that problem. We had bees in our walls, they took care of that problem. No matter what "critter" has caused us a problem, A2Z has taken care of it quickly and at a resonable cost. I am disabled and know that if I call A2Z they will respond and take care of our problem. read more

We have not had a single issue with bugs or any other pests since he treated in and around our park model home and Texas room 6 months ago, and we were glad to have him back recently for a preventive treatment.
