I'm not sure what all these negative reviews are about, I had a great experience. I went here cause my window got broken in a storm. They charged me $30 to replace the glass. Brought it in on a Friday and they called me on Wednesday to tell me to pick it up. Picked it up and it looked great. What's not to like? read more

I'm a contractor in South Jersey. I need a piece of glass for one of my customers. Their company door broke and I went measured and took the measurements to Berlin Glass they said let me send someone out to remeasure for you. Thank God they did because within an hour. The guy was out to take measurements. Within a week and a half. I had the glass. I had to deal with a couple of the ladies behind the counter one by the name of a brie. I guess it's short for Brianna well let me tell you something these girls they're sharp and they're helpful and they are on point. they never let me down and I'm not doing this for them . I'm just doing it because it's the right thing to do. Berlin Glass gets an A+ for me. read more

While I cannot comment on the quality of their product , I can comment on their poor customer service. You cannot get a response from them. You have to go through one person who works there just to get on a schedule for someone to come out and measure for shower door measurements and she does not get back to you in a timely manner, let alone trying to place an order and actually getting it installed . Oh, the places you will go when you own a home. For instance, Berlin Glass & Mirror, when I had to drop off some measurements to replace a broken pane of glass in our garage door. Not my fault! (for once) I fumbled with the measurements not knowing which was the length and which was the height and also not realizing that it didn't really matter. The ladies behind the desk just smiled and said with a wink, "You just rotate it around, hon." Oh. Right. Very nice ladies. Very quick and solid service. read more

Purchased glass for shower stall with my own specs. Berlin Glass ordered thru manufacturer. 1 piece was not correct, Berlin was my go between with excellent service. I remodeled my master bath. They installed the shower doors. I was looking for ideas on what to do with the wall above the toilet and the staff were helpful coming up with an idea of four beveled edge mirrors. Looked great for a year until the edges turned black. I called and management said "WE DON'T GUARANTEE GLASS". GLASS IN A BATHROOM CAN TURN BLACK FROM MOISTURE!! After a few calls they said they will give free installation if I buy a new mirror - huh? Anyone ever heard of a bathroom without a mirror, or mirrors turning black after a year, and why would I buy a replacement mirror if I were to believe its moisture prone?? Why even suggest mirrors if they're going to turn black after a year. Can't believe they're so poor on customer service. Especially right on the front page of their website they say - Customer satisfaction is critical to the success of our company Now I'm off to the Better Business Bureau.
