My anxiety when it came to the dentist was horrible which lead me to let my teeth go. I came to Dr. Roth with probably 10 plus cavities. After my first appointment of just x-rays (knowing I need fillings and novocaine) I canceled and rescheduled so many times that no other dentist would have accepted me as a patient probably. Dr. Roth was patient and understanding. She's always kind and really takes time to know me and what's going on with my teeth. I understand why the knee braces are located near the pharmacy. It makes sense in terms of stocking and organization. However, when one has to literally hobble on an injured knee, dragging one's leg behind them in utter pain, to the far side of the store in order to look at the knee braces, it simply means that it is not a customer-friendly location to put these items. I'm sure knee braces are not as profitable as the cosmetics located in the front, nor do they sell as quickly as the holiday items also located near the front of the store. But it sure would be nice to have the knee braces in a location where it didn't feel like an insurmountable obstacle to overcome to purchase one.
