The consultant who attended was very professional and took the time to explain the different options to us. We ended up getting a Bosch system. It is very easy to use and has been very reliable (no false alarms yet). We have two dogs so we got the pet detectors. We also got the remotes to turn on/off the alarm while driving up the drive way. The installer was very friendly and did a good job. He cleaned his work area up and explained the ins' and outs' of using the alarm. It is great having the peace of mind that when we are out that our house is protected. We are going to get a camera system installed soon.

We have had a shocking experience with the delivery of our couch firstly delivery we as supposed to…read morebe in October and eventually they wanted to deliver on the 4th of January. As we were recently diagnosed with COVID we were not game to ask for another delivery date as goodness knows when that would have been. We asked the delivery people to drop our couch on our outside deck and they refused (no idea why). They delivered into a carport and know we cannot move it into the house (we are both in our 70's and there are stairs leading into the house from the carport) but we could have if it had been delivered onto our deck. We had a great experience with the male salesman at the time of purchase however the female salesperson was rude both on the floor and on the phone. At lease we are happy with the couch or at least will be if we ever get it into the house

He showed up when he said he would, explained everything in plain terms, and helped me choose a style that actually matched my home. The louvred roof addition was a brilliant suggestion--adds airflow and makes it feel more open. They even worked around my schedule without complaint and left no mess behind, including some leftover yard junk I hadn't moved. The final price was fair and within budget, and the quality? Spot on. I'd confidently call it one of the better trades experiences I've had in Brisbane. Real craftsmanship still exists, apparently. Cheers to that.
