Wally didn't just get my dad to the hospital on time, he also wheeled my dad to the appropriate places within the hospital for treatments and consultations and waited for my dad at the hospital to take him back after treatment. My dad still raves about what a great job Wally did now, over a month after his treatment concluded. I live far away, so I also really appreciate that Wally kept me informed of changes in my dad's condition during the difficult treatments. The owner is consistently personable, courteous, and respectful. I felt we developed a cordial rapport--an interaction marked by mutual professionalism and respect. In November 2024, I had to cancel a scheduled trip. Since payment is required in advance, I was offered the option of a refund (minus a cancellation fee) or a credit applied to my account. I opted for the credit to avoid the fee, knowing I would likely rebook. I told the office manager I would follow up. Unfortunately, I didn't rebook right away--and that's when the issue arose. Recently, when I called to schedule a trip, the office manager said there was no record of the cancellation or credit on my account. I was offered a modest discount on the new booking. It was far from an adequate resolution-- I would have paid twice for the trip. In addition, the new trip would have been shorter than the canceled trip, so the discount was irrelevant. It may have been an oversight by the office manager. Perhaps I should have done a better job following up. Regardless, I expected better recordkeeping. I also felt my loyalty as a customer was not acknowledged or valued. In conclusion, as long as your planned booking is certain and there is no possibility of cancellation, you will likely be satisfied with the service.​

My mom was recovering in a wheel chair post-surgery and needed to be driven by medical transport to her appointments at Georgetown Hospital. CMT was called by her rehab center and I have kept their information for any future needs by our family. We have been so impressed with CMT's professionalism and attention to detail and both drivers who picked us up (Ray and Bilal) were exceptionally kind. On both her pick up trips, they arrived early and brought my mom to her appointments with time to spare. I also really appreciated how careful they were when transporting my mom as they buckled her in with so many restraints. Their drivers are also very skilled and expertly navigated really terrible traffic and drove cautiously so their passengers weren't jostled -no small feat in DC traffic! We are so happy we found CMT and will plan to use them whenever we need medical transport again - It is such a relief to know who to call.
