I found them stumbling upon other fitness spots in an app and was instantly intrigued. I scheduled to come in to try it out and that was one hell of a workout! Full body nonstop. I loved how there were different stations in which I did different workouts. I punched all different types of bags. The speed bag and wrecking ball bag was my favorite.
