The woman at the desk acknowledged the stain and put a sticker on it and said they'd take care of it. I went to pick it up a few days later and found my white shirt to have what looked like a grease stain on it. Again, the woman at the front desk was super sweet and apologized and said they'd take care of it. Few days later, my wife went to pick it up. Same stains still existed on the shirt. Never received a phone call stating they couldn't remove the stains or anything. Told my wife to come back in a few days and said they would again, take care of it. I went to pick up my shirt on 9/26. Once again, the stains were still there. This time I was met with a gentleman. He was rude and more or less said they couldn't do anything. I explained that the shirt in which they ruined, was worn once under my vest and was over $200 custom made for my wedding. He was more or less getting nasty with me even though their machine ruined the shirt. He asked if I wanted them to use a chemical clean to try and remove the stain, in which case I said just fix my shirt. Went to pick it up today. 13 days later, stain was not removed. Throughout this whole process, not a single phone call, not a message. Nothing. They ruined my shirt that I only wore ONCE during my wedding and had custom made with embroidery on it. I understand accidents happen but ruining someone's clothes and taking no responsibility for it is a business I refuse to ever give my business to again. For something so sentimental and expensive, the lack of care and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this cleaner if you value your clothing or expect basic professionalism.

This place literally ruined my "second" wedding dress a week before my wedding. I reiterated to them this was my wedding dress I was changing into, and that if they weren't able to do this to please let me know since it's such an important dress. They said they were absolutely able to do it. When I brought the dress in, a man haphazardly took pins to my dress without properly measuring me. When I went to pick the dress up, the dress had been sewn improperly, just folding over the dress rather than actually taking it in. The dress was several sizes smaller than me due to the lack of true measuring beforehand, and that's saying a lot considering I am a 4'11 83lb person. The dress wouldn't have fit most children once they butchered it. To add to that, the hem job they did had stray strands all over the bottom. They first attempted to argue with me over the job, telling me it was fine. They then let me know that they don't actually do the tailoring - they send it out to someone. They wanted to send it back out and I said absolutely not. There was no way I could trust whoever they outsource after the work previously done. This was a WEEK before my wedding and I was left with no dress because of them. To make matters worse, they ripped the stitching near the zipper of the dress. the woman at the front desk screamed at me about it with my child present, claiming I ripped the zipper from trying on the dress. She still charged me $80 for the hem, even though the dress could not be worn. Places like this are deceitful. Had they just told me that's not something they were capable of doing, I would have looked elsewhere and never had to write this review. They were absolutely awful. Find somewhere else for any tailoring work.
