Yesterday I was picked up but forgot an item at Food depot ran back in the tore for less than 2 mins to be told she couldn't wait she had to go. This is a cab service, I'm paying you! I get back to the car told be told that she wasn't going to do my pick up anymore. My child was in the car who also said that she was being disrespectful and said I get on her nerves when I don't even talk to her only to do say where I'm going. Mind you there has been countless times I've had to wait when she's been running late with no complaints. As a loyal customer I feel some type of way for how I was treated during my services. Then she did all this in front of my child and her daughter. I'm going to make it my business to speak directly with Allen regarding his wife's poor customer service. Out of the entire time using them I have never experienced such treatment. She really pissed me off. As a cab service if I'm paying you, you're to wait for me. If she had another pick up she could have done like anytime for advised me she had another call and pick me up afterwards. I've waited before. She's really not good with people at all. She can avoid answering my calls but I've used them so much I basically know when Allen drives. He'll hear from eventually. She making his service look bad. I try to support black own companies but this type of treatment makes it difficult.
