Although friendly, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of cleaning especially given the price point. I (along with many other reviewers it seems) found that their DEEP CLEAN service (for almost $300!!!) was instead a below average "basic" cleaning at BEST. First they were delayed so they sent one person over to do the bathrooms while waiting for the rest of the team to get there. Rest of the team (which turned out to be one other person lol) got there 2 HOURS after my scheduled cleaning time and then they were "done" in less than an hour. Issues I had with the quality of my "deep" cleaning: 1. Did not mop the hardwood floor of the entire 2nd story and didnt clean the hardwood stairs at all. 2. Completely missed my guest room (all they did was vacuum the hardwood floor). My desk still had dust on it 3. Didn't clean the windows of the 2nd story and neglected all blinds and window sills 4. The small room where my washer/dryer was there was a lot of dust and lint near the vent. Saw them vacuuming there so thought they took care of it but go back in there after they left and it was still absolutely covered in dust/lint 5. none of the ceiling fans were cleaned and still covered in dust 6. None of my kitchen cupboards were wiped down and still had some food splatter on them Overall just really let down after spending almost $300 for a deep clean, only to get cleaners that came 2 hrs late and barely tried / paid little to no attention to detail which led to me having to clean more after they left. Recommend looking for someone else if youre looking for a quality clean. read more

If this was a rating based solely on customer service, they would get a 5-star rating. Adan was professional and quick to respond and addressed the concerns I had. Unfortunately, a 3-star rating was given due to just an average clean of my house. The house was already fairly clean with no furniture in it so I expected his team to fly through with ease providing me the deep cleaning that I was told the house would receive before I moved in. However, my biggest takeaway from their service was the lack of attention to detail. Many areas on the floors and counters were not cleaned well and some areas weren't even dusted. All kitchen cabinet handles were still dirty as well. The ovens and fridge looked cleaner but the top of the fridge wasn't even wiped down. Something basic that I would expect to get cleaned. I was able to quickly spot areas that they either missed completely or did not take the time to clean and remove all of the dirt. Based on what I was told, I was expecting the house to be spotless like a 5-star hotel but that was certainly not the case. For the total price I paid for the cleaning, it was not worth it. The end result left me feeling like I would've been better off taking the time to do it all myself and save the money because I could've cleaned it better by simply paying closer attention to all the details. read more

We addressed areas of cleaning, hours and price. On the day of cleaning he arrived on time, introduced his 2 assistants, walked them through the house, delegating work areas. Requested a move-in cleaning service for our 2-level house. Adan was very responsive so decided to hire them. The work was finished earlier than expected however for the end result it was more of a regular cleaning than a move-in cleaning. The second floor wasn't cleaned up to the level of the first floor. For example there is sticky stuff still on the baseboard of one of the rooms, windows track for all the upstairs windows weren't cleaned at all (in fact there are still dead insects in our master bedroom windows as well as other rooms), and the most visible thing is the laundry room sink and the behind/around the washer and dryer are pretty much untouched. Allover not all baseboards were cleaned from dirt (I had to do the living room entirely) as well as not all vents were cleaned, there were dirt webs in most corners of the house, and the stove is sticky to the touch not sure why. read more

They did an awesome deep cleaning! I am old school about the way I like my home cleaned. I'm all about the smell of bleach & Fabuloso permeating throughout my house. I want to be met with the smells of Ajax, bleach and Pine-Sol when I open the door to my house, lol. I explained that this is what I wanted and this is 100% what I got! I love their quick turnaround times and responsiveness as well. I had renovations done to my home and wanted to have a thorough deep cleaning. I called A&C and they took care of it the next day. Now that's service! Three people came to my home and immediately got to work. They cleaned everything - plantation shutters, ceiling fans, cabinets, hardwood floors, etc. They even handled my request to clean windows for a little extra. They were in and out in under three hours. There was one small issue but they tackled it immediately. I will definitely be using them to service my home on a reoccurring basis. They did a deep clean service for me on 2 occasions and did a very thorough job. They show up on time and stay until the job is done. I thought they were great value for the money. I don't know if these guys are legitimately insured and bonded like they said they are. Adam Sanchez texted me saying they are bonded and insured, I asked to be added to their insurance as an Additional Insured. Being that I am an Insurance Broker, I know this is free and very common. No response. 4 days later I followed up asking if he received my message....no response. So, here we are 2 days later and still no answer. I told him to cancel coming to my house. I wouldn't trust someone coming in to your home who lies about something as basic as having insurance on their business. read more
