My husband and I needed a rug to match our cottage looking home and Jeff showed us the perfect rug that was well within our budget, but also one that looked and felt soft and was high is stain resistant. We ordered two 8x10 rugs and the rugs came withing the next Saturday (7 days). We also had a rug custom sized for our dining room, a 10x10 square, which took about two weeks from start to finish. Instead of keeping the leftover fabric from that rug, Jeff informed us that it was the same price to order a larger rug and have the company cut the rug into a 10x10 and we could keep the left over portion (again, at no extra cost). Not only did Jeff go above and beyond, but he also beat the price of the rugs on Wayfair. Jeff also taught my husband and I how to clean our rugs for each stain and gave us a cheat sheet in case a tragic accident happened. And, unlike other companies that would advise to purchase a gripper for underneath the rug, Jeff (who could/would have made more money by telling us we needed this) informed us that we didn't need this with the type of rugs we were ordering. Visit this place and you will not be disappointed. Also, if you park in the back lot, you can use the back entrance instead of walking all the way to the front.
