We selected Bethel Overhead door after talking to several overhead door companies. They were able to obtain and install our garage door replacement exactly as we wanted. We've saved on both heating and cooling costs and the foam has dampened quite a bit of the noise from the train that runs near our house. Also, I've had a few contractors work in the house since and *every single time* I think to myself, "I wish it were Sergii doing this work ..." The team does really good work. They clean up well and the quality of the spray foam is good. They just have horrible customer service experience. They're clean and efficient for the most part. My biggest concern with them is that I was told that I'd get fire retardant spray where needed (on my invoice) and it doesn't appear that any made it into my home. I even called a few months after my project to ask Jairo about where this work was to be done in my house and he said he'd look into it and never called back. They're also not connected with Energize CT so you can't use them for any rebates. A bit disappointing when I went and tried to file for my rebate. If you just care about the work and have no concerns over the rebates. They're okay to use for that.
