The lady who checked us out was nice but will say didn't quite pack our bags right so we grabbed them and redid them so things wouldn't break or get squished on the ride.

This is totally inappropriate , it is not a controlled substance ( which they released without MD name), they have no way to link me with my MD, but want it on every RX I send with ER. My RX stands alone, according to TN , as a mid level provider I have completed all requirements, have a DEA number and am covered by TCA's. I will ask my patients to choose another pharmacy that will accept NP scripts.
