The male associate taking care of the other customers did reassure me that they would take care of my package, but it's too bad this lady had the unnecessary attitude in her "assistance." I landed in Kansas City and was under the gun to get something printed and shipped out next day air to a conference, the problem was I showed up about an hour before the final shipment was to leave. This team not only stopped everything to help, but it felt like the whole office jumped in to assist. I could give you all the details on what they did, but all you need to know is my stuff got printed, shipped and is on it's way to the destination for delivery tomorrow because of a dedicated team making it happen! Thanks so much guys and gals, you really made the magic happen. I would recommend this store for everything!
