It took (in total) about 4 months to get the ripped part of the bed replaced, requiring numerous trips to the store, several letters of complain to head office and hundreds upon hundreds of broken promises. I think it's one of these chains where the guys in the store have almost nothing to do with the deliveries, so to be fair it's probably not their fault. They get told one thing by the delivery company and make promises to their customers and then get egg on their face when something goes wrong. Unless Paul Simon have changed delivery methods, don't buy furniture from them!

Absolutely delighted with the laminate flooring supplied & fitted by Savill Flooring a couple of…read moreyears ago. Unfortunately I subsequently had a water leak under the floor in the kitchen/hall. The insurers couldn't find a supplier to replace with the same so agreed I could contact Savill Flooring to replace. Savill Flooring were so very helpful in trying to locate some but it had been discontinued. They kindly recommended an alternative. Unfortunately the insurers used their own supplier. I was so embarrayed but Savill Flooring were extremely kind & understanding of the situation. I cannot recommend them more highly & will certainly use them for any future flooring requirements.
