My husband coordinated the pick up time and they were on time and very professional. Removed shoes and eveyrthing and that meant a lot to us since we have a toddler who runs around and practically licked the floor. It only took 1-1/2 hours to unload everything (1hr less than estimated), including unpacking my clothes into the closet and putting all the big pieces exactly where I want them. After I informed the movers of the first damage, to the bureau, I overheard one of the movers mocking what had happened, saying that on his suicide note it would read that he damaged a bureau.
